lego better make a kumonga set
please add Kumonga in the movie cause he's such a good Kaiju and deserves more screen time.
you FROGOT Kumonga how could you do that to my man
I'm on team Mothzilla cause they are literally best buddy's, besides anguirus he'll always be godzilla's right hand man but I believe in Mothzilla being cannon eventually.
I think kumonga deserves more screen time he's so underrated and kinda forgotten so I think he should play some role in the plot besides a background Kaiju like being an Ally or the enemy's ally but either way he should have more screen time
First and immediate impression: overwhelming. 'Godzilla Minus Zero' could be a film that envelops viewers and fills them with a number of emotions. Some of them at odds with each other. The danger is palpable. Godzilla is furiously huge, bent on destruction. He's malevolence personified.
This is magnificent. I hope they can parlay this into the hesei classics of biollante and destroyah.
Is it even a question?
great job you messed up with the wrong fish to the death
Can’t wait!!!!
The video embed link will work once the time has reached 6:55pm ET!
Toho will be releasing the teaser immediately after the CinemaCon footage is shown, on their official YouTube channel!
When live, you should be able to watch it here:
I hope this is fake…
Banner for Godzilla Minus Zero on display at CinemaCon:
It's wider and more detailed than the posters we've seen before.
This is clearly better than the original. The one thing that I find so peculiar regarding these American Godzilla designs is they both have the EXACT same problems. Tiny, almost non-existent teeth and smaller heads. That and the same gum-less alligator mouth always makes him look weaker.
This is the first time in 12 years that the Hokmuto got an articulated version of himself since the BANDAI release
I feel like when dealing with franchise heavyweights like Mothra, Mechagodzilla and Ghidorah there's only so many ways you can spin their stories without angering the purists. I'm not surprised to hear their official narratives line up with fan fiction treatments.
What’s funny is I wrote a full hypothetical story outline/treatment for the 3rd in what was at the time believed to be the final Monsterverse movie (since trilogies were the “thing” at the time and it was believed to end at 3). It was obviously a culmination into a DAM-like kaiju mashup final film and both London and New York City were featured in it.
KotM also featured an armed-forces gunfight and Godzilla eating a nuke to power up and fight Ghidorah solo (for him to be able to solo Ghids in the first place) immediately following a fight with Mothra where (sadly) Mothra dies, which makes me wonder if Legendary/WB read my sequel treatments because that was also in my story outline for the second movie. It also set up Mechagodzilla for the 3rd movie just like mine did, albeit much less directly and in-depth (strictly post-credits scene{s}).
Not Godzilla at all. Sucks. Everyone that says this looks good needs to have their eyes and brain evaluated.
The season is good so far but I wanna see Godzilla more ngl.
More like an Ornithomimus or a close relation to Therizinosauridae. It would make sense if these creatures adapted to survive actual raptor beasts like Death Jackals
excited for this figure hopefully hiya toys makes one
Can you play hip-hop music mix on my YOUTUBE and kong skull island at noiln river lake enjoy
Revisiting this topic - fun to see everyone's predictions about which monsters we were going to see. JRR, so far you guessed 2 of the Monsters which eventually came to the MV! MechaG and SpaceGodzilla will soon be joining. Legacy of Monsters gave us a Biollante-like Titan in Titan X. Your predictions were pretty much spot on!
A number of people think this is just a new look at the Southeast Asian Godzilla design from Toho’s promo video last year. I can kinda see it, though to me, the face looks different. 🤷🏼♂️ Either way – any new look at new Godzillas is a welcome surprise!
Minus Zero Goji???
I can't find any reference for this design yet beyond the Malaysian store, anyone else?
She still looks a lot like Biollante.
Dear Mr Grant Sputore, I’m writing this comment message to you, and I hope it’ll let you know that I think you might make a mistake by rushing this too soon because Spacegodzilla is way too much for your movie, Godzilla x Kong: Supernova. And he’s way too obvious for his role in the movie and I don’t think it’ll because people might think you just bring Spacegodzilla into this universe and it become too randomly without any real explanation and without any real origin story to explain why. I’m truly sorry for writing this but I it would be better if Spacegodzilla would rather skip Supernova and go straight to the 3rd Godzilla movie in summer of 2029. Plus it would also make sense for Spacegodzilla just make a cameo appearance in the mid credit scene where Apex and evil alien empire combined forces to create the cosmic monster in their own creation. But I think it’ll make sense also if you would like to call Toho back and ask them for permission for trademark license for Mecha-King Ghidorah, Gigan, Dogora, Mogu, and Hedorah as the main villains in Supernova and rewrite the story script for the Monsterverse and also ask Toho for information about their old scrap character, Mogu. And often to unscrap Mogu and rename him Mogusaur, the Star-Devil of the Black Nova. Then Mecha-Ghidorah will be inspired by the original golden variant from the old magazine of 1983 and make it into the reality and have Gigan, Dogora, and Hedorah to reunite with Ghidorah as Mecha-King Ghidorah, the evil alien emperor will rejoice in their glorious moment and have plans for revenge against Godzilla and conquer the Earth. And this time, Kong will join Godzilla in the battle against his old returning enemy Ghidorah as Mecha-King Ghidorah and after all, it’s only fair that Kong never faced Ghidorah in any Godzilla movies in decades, but this time he’ll help Godzilla to fight back against him as Mecha-Ghidorah in golden robotic armor form and Gigan will be based on the Showa variant of the Showa era, and have Mogusaur (Mogu) as the main deadly creature with actual cosmic power and strength and intelligence to outmaneuver Mothra, and Rodan in the sky warfare. I mean it’s only right to say from my heart of honest opinion and advice to give. But all is not lost though because Spacegodzilla will always be the franchise in 2029. And have him battle Godzilla in the 3rd Godzilla movie, and Kong will arrive at the end to save the world and restore balance and bring peace through mankind and titan species alike. I mean it’s up to you to decide if you have time to think about it. And I wish you luck and may God bless you always. P.S. don’t get me wrong I like Spacegodzilla but I love Gigan better, as much as King Ghidorah. And the combined cosmic powers with Mecha-King Ghidorah, Gigan, Dogora, Hedorah, and Mogusaur in galactic war and have Godzilla, Kong, Mothra, Rodan, Anguirus, Quetzalcoatl, and Phosphera in the ultimate battle in outer space. Oh yeah that reminds me, you can even ask Toho for request Anguirus trademark license and ask Legendary to unscrap Phosphera and give them the opportunity to make their stand with Godzilla and Kong against the common enemies in outer space’s empire. And Spacegodzilla will make cameo appearance in the mid credits. That sounds like a great idea to think about it.
Nice tag team of Godzilla and Star Trek!
It’s just distribution rights so I don’t think Paramount will have much say in production.
Paramount won’t push woke political bs from the rainbow cult like Netflix does
Netflix is trash. This is much better.
I'm not mad at this news tbh.
Great to hear that it's an improvement over Season 1. I enjoyed the first season, but it did have some issues, specifically with the slow pacing in the middle (having to wait a week between episodes didn't really help), so I'm glad that Season 2 fixes some of those issues.
Say no more, I’m in!
This is exactly what I was hoping for! The monsterverse gods have answered our prayers
what are you doing
