Playmates are expanding their Monsterverse lineup next year and will be producing figures based on the Monsters and characters in Grant Sputore's Godzilla x Kong: Supernova (2027)! Fans can expect fresh toys based on Godzilla, Kong, SpaceGodzilla and other new Titans which will soon be revealed. Playmates recently unveiled a look at their upcoming Monsterverse toys based on Season 2 of Monarch: Legacy of Monsters as well.
Godzilla x Kong: Supernova is a continuation of the franchise featuring Godzilla, Kong and an assortment of other Titans. Insiders say that while Kong and Godzilla will still be fronting the film, Legendary is looking to build on its human characters.
Supernova is currently slated for a March 26th, 2027 release date.
