i heard they are going to focus alot on a soldier i just hope he doesnt take up like 75% of the screen time. there might be a romance in it as well. i cant wait for this movie this and jurassic park 4 are my 2 most anticipated movies.

orga because he has a beam and is alot stronger than biollante and he can extend his mouth and eat her just like he treid to do with godzilla. but biollante doesnt have a beam to get out of it like godzilla.

i thought godzilla final wars was one of the best godzilla movies and it's one of my favorite movies ever made. what i liked about it was that the godzilla suit on there was one of his best looks and i like that he fights zilla. i also like the alien bad guys and the emense action. what i disliked was that the fight between godzilla and zilla was not long enough and that it needed more plot development.

i know godzilla should have won because water is his element and he has powers king kong shouldnt have powers lightning never made king kong stronger in king kong or son of kong. they probobly had king kong win because he's more of a good guy and good guys always win.

I guess what really made me a fan was my father. He first showed me King of the Monsters at a young age and I instantly fell in love with it. After that, he had shown me a few more movies in the series. I jumped at every opportunity I had to see a new film. I have since seen them all and own most of them on DVD now. While they aren't as awe inspiring as when I saw them as a kid, they are still good fun to watch. I can't wait to see what Legendary does with the Franchise in 2014.

I feel like this movie gets a lot of crap is doesn't deserve. It's in my top 5 Godzilla movies for sure. It had the right mix of dark and light-hearted elements. Plus, it has my second favorite Godzilla design. It looks great. I also really like Orga as an opponent. In the end, this movie may have its problems, but it was a much better way to bring back the Godzilla character, as opposed to a giant iguana running around NYC with his velociraptor babies.

All I'll say about Final Wars is that it was great fan service and a great movie, but I expected a bit more in the emotional department from what was to be Godzilla's "last" film.

I'm gonna have to go with Godzilla vs. Hedorah (The Smog Monster) on this one. The movie is a ton of fun, it's got a lot of funky stuff going on in it, and while it may be strange, it has a good message to it. Pollution was a big issue in Japan in the 70's, so this movie serves as an allegory to pollution just as the original stands as an allegory to the atomic bomb. It may be cheesy, but I love it. And of course, this isn't my favorite overall Godzilla movie, just my favorite classic Godzilla movie.

there probobly would if the movie makes enough money. it would probobly be made by atari. i would like a godzilla free roamer where you could go around the city and destroy stuff until you want to do a mission like that incredible hulk game.

if i recall there was a game on the nintendo or super nintendo where your army soldiers battling godzilla monsters it's not thet good though. if they released a new one it will probobly be like halo wars or something it would be a strategy game but thet would be awesome.

thats what im going to do as well im going to get up early and watch all of the godzilla movies on crackle or youtube and try to get all 28 movies watched in 2 days so the very next day i can go to the movies to see the new godzilla movie.

i would normally pick 2d for a film because 3d is kind of annoying to me but for godzilla im going for 3d because i wanto to see buildings crashing, monsters falling and atomic breath all in 3d.

i wanna subsribe to this comic book thet picture is so sick. i hope the fight is longer than it was in godzilla final wars where it is atleast a bit fair i do like zilla but i still vote the real godzilla for the win.

now thats an awesome picture they should put that thing in jurassic park 4. it combines two things from my first and second favorite film series and mixes them together.

i thought the movie was pretty good i thought godzilla looked a little weird but he was still cool. orga is a pretty awesome monster. it was an improvement on the 1998 american film.

rodan because he is alot faster and he can fly. titanasaurus may be stronger but rodan can transform into fire rodan and rodan has fought more monsters than titanasaurus.

First of all, thanks for your comments! I understand that reminds you of the 98 Godzilla because of the position of the body and maybe the pieces of its back. But the dinosaur lover in me couldn't make a saurian in upright position... It's too man like, and that is to detriment of a believable creature IMHO. Anyway, I think that Legendary will do Godzilla more of a fighter than a runner, more sumo-like, and that's why I pictured it with a heavy built, although I like the chinese dragon characteristics of the classic monster like parts of the head and its long tail. Let's see if I have time to make another version and post it right here, so I need feedback to know what elements make Godzilla according to you!

Hey [b]RiptorCPV[/b]! Welcome to the [b]Godzilla 2014[/b] forums, thanks for sharing your concept art with us! Looks pretty good, although perhaps a bit too reminiscent of the '98 Tristar [i]Godzilla[/i], more commonly known as [i]Zilla[/i]. I think the Legendary Godzilla will bare a closer resemblance to previous TOHO designs, like those of [i]Godzilla: Final Wars[/i], [i]GMK[/i] and any of the 90s - millenia films. Though, still a very cool piece of art and a great addition to this forum. I would like to see more Godzilla 2014 concepts you might have if you'd like to post them here as well!

It's a cool design but personally, I think that Legendary should aim to get as far away as possible from any reminders of the 98' movie. I'm also used to seeing Godzilla in an upright position. I'm also not sure how this version in the illustration would match up against bigger opponents. But I like your illustration.

im suprised this wasnt made yet because godzilla and gamera were and always has been the two big competing monsers in the movie buisiness. i hope they make it because ive been anticipating that movie forever. they would probobly have gamera win because he's a good guy though.

It all depends... if it is natively shot in 3D, I will get it on 3D bluray and watch it at home. If it isn't shot in 3D, I won't see it in 3D, period. I have to watch 3D in a passive set up. Unfortunately, all of my local theaters only do active, including the Megaplex. 2D in theaters for me, but 3D at home!

i don't know because i wanna see what he's going to look like but but it will probobly be bad for marketing. plus it's a good idea to keep the fans waiting. it's like a hunger effect. food taste better when your hungry. same goes for godzilla you will be more anticipated to see him the longer you wait.

i like the first version of gigan from final wars because he has the basic look of gigan but with some cool body features added. i didnt like the chaisaws added in his up graded form and while i like the original he doesnt look as cool as the second one.

the gamera one looks awesome i also like the space godzilla, gorosaurus, gigan, and angiuris. i like all of them but the hedorah it just looks weird. thes desighns would look great in an anime.

godzilla final wars godzilla he looks modern yet has the basic desighn of your average godzilla. i also really liked the meltdown godzilla from godzilla vs destroyah. godzilla 2000 would look awesome if he were cg.

when i was really little i watched the american godzilla movie and thought it was awesome. when i was 10 i got a godzilla toy at the mall and started googling godzilla movies and collecting them.

i want godzilla to be like an anti hero like where he destroys the city but cares enough to protect the earth. i also want a super powerful monster to go up against godzilla so he will have to team up with another monster to dereat him, and i want the ending to be left open something to let me know theres new godzilla movies on the way.
