An Ancient Aquatic Titan
Code-named Titan X - this massive new monster is an ancient Titan originating from somewhere inside The Rift. This colossal aquatic Titan dwarfs other documented Titans in Monarch's known registry. Titan X has been accidentally set free from its realm inside the Axis Mundi and emerges from a portal opened on Skull Island. Once loose, Titan X flees Skull Island, seemingly following a predetermined migratory route.

Titan X is officially named Co‘cai (Cu‘ cai) by the Chilean natives whose island is positioned along Titan X's migratory route. The civilization on this island worship this Titan as a diety and guard their knowledge of the creature's existence very aggressively.
Containment Level Threat
Unlike most other Titans within the Monsterverse who are observed through Monarch's organization, Titan X is actively pursued for the purpose of containment. Both Monarch and Apex Cybernetics see Titan X as a colossal threat to mankind.

Titan X Origin
The origins of Titan X are currently unknown but she is suspected to be an extremely ancient creature – perhaps even a proto-Titan, predating the likes of Godzilla and Kong.
Discovered by Bill Randa, Titan X was believed to have emerged once every 15 years, before embarking on a global migratory route. The purpose of Titan X's 15-year emergence still remains a mystery but theories suggest it could be part of a reproductive cycle or seeding of Scarabs.
Hordes of Scarabs
Following Titan X around are small, crustacean-like creatures known as Scarabs. Whether these are Titan X offspring, or another form of symbiotic relationship remains unknown. But the two share an ability to communicate and actively move to protect the other when in distress.
When attacked by an experimental Apex Cybernetics drone, Titan X was able to signal to the Scarabs that her one tentacle had become infected by a probe and the Scarabs proceeded to collectively amputate the affected tentacle – freeing Titan X from Apex Cybernetics' attempts at controlling her.
