Titanosaurus vs. Rodan - Who Would Win?

Titanosauus has the tornado tail and the sonic blasts that would majorly disrupt rodan while in flight.

I don't see how Titanosaurus could make Rodan commit to a fight or finish him off. Or even really hurt Rodan if Rodan didn't want to be hurt. 

Rodan's advantage of flight COMBINED with the fact that Titanosaurus is a short ranged/melee fighter means that the only battle they fight is a battle Rodan has picked on Rodan's terms. I know Titanosaurus technically has that windstorm ability, but it never struck me as that long range. It seems to only affect buildings/creatures in close proximity, similar to Mothra's windstorm.

That being said (unless we are talking about Fire Rodan), Rodan doesn't have any real way to hurt Titanosaurus either. Rodan is strictly melee, and Rodan would not want to close distance, because if he did, he'd sacrifice any advatange he had. 

My guess is, Rodan would get a few nuisance swooping strikes in before Titanosaurus would figure out the drill, and then neither would engage...it being a draw. 

Now if you're gonna FORCE these two guys to ACTUALLY fight....Titanosaurs would kick the ever living crap out of Rodan, being way more formidable in the melee combat the two would engage in. 

***Edit*** If we're talking about Fire Rodan....Rodan wins the game of patience. He could just kite and shoot Titanosaurus at leisure, and there's not much Titanosaurus could do about it other than get killed or retreat to the sea (assuming the sea was only a short distance away)
