Hey everyone! When that comic con trailer was leaked a few months ago, I was able to download it before Warner Bros could take it down, just so I could keep watching it. When the official trailer was released yesterday, I absolutely loved it. The trailer in itself has nothing wrong with it but I still thought it would be cool to combine the leaked trailer with the official one. There are elements to both trailers that I really like. I played around with a bunch of different combinations in my editing program and I really like what I created. Let me know what you guys think! Did I accidently ruin both trailers? Or did the trailer work? Comment!

Godzilla 2000 design was fantastic folks!

Pretty imprrssive discovery! Though i wish the largest spikes on the back werent so low. Maybe bring up the largest spikes were arms are, between the shoulder blades.

Muto isnt a monster guys, its the research team/orgonization in the film, one of the monsters or monster he will be facing is called vishnu. Muto is the research page from mutoresearch.net I dont thing they would call the monster muto and have it M.U.T.O. on the research page. they're trying to hype us up with the research page. But the reasearch team/orgonization isnt a knickname for the other monster/monsters people.

Let's be honest most of the Godzilla movies were bad but the reasons for them being bad became the endearing qualities of these movies. The actors mouths didn't keep up with the words (in translation) the Godzilla costume looked baggy - there were movies where Godzilla danced and spoke. 

But, like I said, those things became some of the reasons why these movies are so popular. 

Personally I think the worst Godzilla movie ever made - was Godzilla 1998. Why? It didn't look, sound, or behave anything like the Godzillas of the past. It was an attempt to change everything about Godzilla.

I agree. It probably looks different too because they have messed with the image to obscure it from full view. Did you noticed the MUTOResearch.net before? I didn't until I went frame by frame.

I think he looks great the new way. I think the footage released yesterday is the real one.

I cant find the article but no JJ Abrams confirmed the monster died from bombing an that also it was a infant , so it did get taken out by bombing if you go to the site you can find the pic of the boats all in the water an bloody remains just floating

Hard to put Mechagodzilla in a serious movie? I don't think so. We have the technology to make machines, so it's not unbelievable at all. Besides, the logic here is that we can't destroy Godzilla, but if we make something just as powerful, we could at least push it back into the ocean.

You two are true but there is a way to make a mecha serious. It could be a wepon that is used to kill godzilla and then defend america at the same time and it has nuclear wepons. Does that sound serious.(It's stupid because the king is radioactive so mabye a diffrent wepon) but the other mechas had cool super wepons.This one could flat out go all out and try to kill the king.(and fail of course)It could get 2 movies like Kiryu did.

His theme is pretty much as iconic as his roar. I'm sure you could make it sound darker though, but during his fight against the Mutos, he needs it, because it's pretty much what defines him as an anti-hero. Here you have this monster that was avenging its deformation, now helping you to destroy a new threat.

hmm.... this looks promising but I'm not sure how tall Godzilla will be in the final film. However I will be looking forward to the movie when it comes out.

THANKS TO GIRLZILLA (THE JAPANESE TRAILER WAS WAAY CLEARER IMO) I SEE THE MUTO SPIDER LEG PROTRUDES FORWARD AND SPLITS A SURFACE LEVEL RAILWAY CAR/ LINE IN HALF. (LOOK IN THE BACK AND YOU CAN SEE THE ROWS OF LIGHTS ON EITHER SIDE OF THE TRACK) ...BUT THE MOUTH IS ALSO A POSIBILTY ..VERY NARROW HEAD

THE MOST INTGRIGUING THING IN ALL OF THIS TRAILER GOODNESS IS THAT HUGE CONCENTRATION OF STORM CLOUDS AND LIGHTING TOWERING ABOVE THE CLOUD LINE....

THE WHOLE NUKE THING I SAY IS OUT OF THE QUESTION LOOK AT THE STATE OF THE CITY WHEN THE SOLDEIRS ARE FALLING..A NUKE WOULD HAVE LEFT NOTHING STANDING..IMO..

Godzilla actually looks a little taller than that building, look at the very last frame, and hes leaning over. I'd estimate him to be around 250m standing straight up, and around 235 - 240 walking.

TOTALLY AMAZING I must admit i got teary when i saw this on the net i gotta say two things My personal favorite part was seeing Ken Watanabe finally all we hear is Brian Cranston this Aaron taylor that seeing good ole Ken up there was nice

i thinck they both look pretty beefy, and godzilla should be a thick, massive beast, but the comic con one was a bit too beefy, it seemed fat too me, and godzilla shouldn't be obese, he should be heavily muscled and powerful looking. i thinck its a good thing that they thinned him out a bit.
