After years of absence from the popular streaming service, select titles from the Godzilla series have returned to Hulu. Pulled from Sony's library of licensed Godzilla films, Hulu currently carries selections from the Heisei and Millennium series. Their collection entails:
Godzilla vs. MechaGodzilla II (1993)
Godzilla vs. SpaceGodzilla (1994)
Godzilla vs. Destoroyah (1995)
Godzilla vs. Megaguirus (2000)
Godzilla, Mothra & King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All-Out Attack (2001)
Godzilla against MechaGodzilla (2002)
You can stream the titles on Hulu following each link. The films are English dubs only. Other Godzilla titles, particularly from the Showa era, are still available on free streaming services such as Tubi and Youtube.
