In early 2015, both Destroy All Monsters and Godzilla vs. Megalon were added to the Crunchyroll streaming site--Fans have been able to watch the films for free on the streaming service for the last two years. On January 9th, at 3:00am EST, the films will be removed due to expired streaming rights.
Destroy All Monsters and Godzilla vs. Megalon were licensed by Media Blasters, but Janus Films/Criterion have now acquired the distribution rights. Both films are available to stream on STARZ and Filmstruck--Criterion hopes to re-release the films on Blu-Ray and DVD.
