or like destroya. just without as much godzilla death (hopefully)
Yes I think he will use it the same but it might be a different color like to me white would be cool.
oh thanks petedjog :)
Godzilla's size changes for reason's other than just plot/asthetic reasons. Godzilla maintains a height consistant with the era he is in. What this means is, Godzilla from 1954 being only 50 meters tall, would be dwarfed by modern architecture, and would make him way less imposing. Upping the size thoughout his filmography was done in an attempt to keep him relevent as technology progressed and buldings and skylines grew.
almost like megagirus
just posted the link
thanks
thanks i know what it has i have burning Godzilla
can you put a picture for us to see
Would it do anything to change the films? No? okay......
Slow moving becuase of the size, but faster than actual physics, because no movie-goer wants to watch Godzilla take one stride that takes 20 seconds in real time.
Very much so! Eric Battle is doing the art?!? I'm sold on that statement alone.
M.U.T.O appears to be a military research team funded by the government and MONARCH is their central sever that has all the confidential information secured inside. Only high ranking officials with specially encrypted passwords can access it. At least that's what makes sense to me.
Godzilla 1984, I mean just look at his eyes, they're just menacing, that Godzilla's overall design says, "I am your creation come to destroy you."
I thought it was hilarious XD i dont mean to sound cruel it was a cool scene and I understand the emotional aspect of it but i thought it was pretty damn funny
Going to Red Lobster now.
Legendary sounds good, but it may or may not be a series (like GMAN said). Until, or if, a sequel is announced, then it will be that. Until then I actually agree with ZILLAHATER, it fits with the Mellenium series being a stand-alone reboot type film.
My top 3:
1.-GMK Godzilla: Why? Because this guy is supposed to be a freaking demon! And it's almost like those white eyes have EVIL POSSESSED KAIJU written all over them.
2.-1984 Godzilla: It's just jaw dropping to see how much damage this guy can do. The result of the JSDF fight against this Godzilla did not end in utter defeat, but in a massacre.
3.-1991 Godzilla (After the timeline is altered): This guy doesn't just come even stronger than before, but also proceeds to anihilate everything in his path: The JSDF, King Ghidorah and Mecha King Ghidorah.
I wouldn't coun't Gojira (1954) as "EVIL", he's just indifferent towards humans, it is like if you put a random guy (protected with a Hazmat suit) inside of an ant colony, the dude is just going to make his way through the colony and he's going to completely destroy the place and crush hundreds, if not thousands, of ants in the process while these try to put some futile resistance.
In my opinion an "indifferent" Godzilla is scarier than an "evil" one. With an evil Godzilla you actually know that he cares about humans because his sole purpose is to destroy them (like GMK Godzilla whose sole purpose was to destroy Japan). A Godzilla with an "indifferent" attitude is worse because he just won't give a **** about humans, he just makes his way through the city crushing stuff and killing people (while not being his main purpose) and if someone provokes him (when the army tries to defend the city) then things get more ugly.
Im going to consider(AKA my opinion) it a Millenium movie. Why?
Is there a good, solid reason? No.
Is it just because i can? Yes.
LEGENDARY SERIES!!! :D
It fits very well, it's legendary for two reasons:
1.-Obviously because it is produced by Legendary Pictures.
2.-And, because this movie will become a LEGEND within the Kaiju genre as a whole.
Godzilla 54 and godzilla GMK
i dont really mean remake those classics but what i meant was their own style of showa
1954
2001(GMK)
1984(the retourn of godzilla)
i prefer the gmk spines
why would they remake the showa series.
i know but i dont think muto stands for monsters but people of course i know i am wrong but something about this muto crap is killing me
his design is okay. its not the best but still good
i agree with gman on this if this film is successful and gets more than what they bargained for then hopefully legendary will do a somewhat remake of the showa series only updated a bit
maybe M.U.T.O is an internacional organisation desinged to investigate/kill/or create monsters and MONARCH is theleader, dont forgget that in this movie godzilla has apeared beffore and posibly other monster
The original 1954 spines. Hands down.
tough question i would go with either the heisei, 2000, or gmk.
trust me guys when the full design is revealed it will blow our minds
well if you look up the definition of the word monarch you get this
a sole member with power
a king, queen or emperor
