I heard Bryan cranston named the centipede monster talaghan and a bandai figure of it is going to be released so that kinda means that it is very highly possible that he is in the movie.

It would be cool if this critter (whom I have oficially dubbed the "Moodpiece Monster") was in the film, but its rediculously unlikely.  He's so freaking awesome, but chances are his only appearence will be dead and smoldering on his back in the Comic Con trailer. :(

First off, no one is hating. They're speaking their opinions. Just like you're doing so. I don't see gills, I don't think he has gills, please present a picture of Godzilla where you can clearly see gills. Until then, he doesn't have gills.

I fell for it to!  Pretty much everyone did!  It was such a cool story, and sounded pretty legitimate, but sadly it was fake.  I hope this critter (who have now officially dubbed the "Moodpiece Monster") makes it into the movie in some form!  He's just so freaking awesome!

@akagi, i always try to tell people all the reasons that its a 99 percent chance, that it wont be in the movie, they never listen though. of courwse we could see something with a bit of a resemblance but not much more than that

Also, I've been thinking about this. Being that they studied bears and Komodo Dragons, I think it means that Godzilla will face someone that is in close physiology with Godzilla, because bears and Komodo Dragons are (obviously) very similar to each other. So at least one enemy will be similar the Godzilla in my opinion.

I thought it was Talaghan but I was kindly informed that ..umm ya that's not its name either..so lets just call it the comic con one or something yeah?

No worries, man! :) There was an aricle, but it was fake unfortunately.  Talaghan is Korean for "The Fallen", and although it sounded cool, it was a troll that posted the story.  I was so bummed when I found that out.  So the monster has no known name or back story, and its identity remains a mystery.  Chances are it won't be in the movie, but who knows?

Wow!  What a wicked combination! :) This Godzilla is going to be brutal!!!!  Bears and Godzilla go way back to 1954: Horuo Nakajima spent his lunch breaks at Ueno Zoo watching bear movements while formulating his approach to playing Godzilla.  While he based his movements on a bear, the fighting style was definitely more anthropomorphic than animalistic.  I'm glad Gareth revisited bears for this movie!  The fights are going to be mind blowing!!!!!!!!

Oh sorry ...I just thought there was an article where Edwards explained that this creature would be in the art book and Cranston explained the reasoning behind his name which I can't remember for the life of me...so sorry if I got it wrong.

Worst of all, calling the third monster Vishnu is highly offensive to Hindu people.

How do you think most christians would react if we started calling a villain monster from a new Godzilla movie Jesus? Have some compassion and use common sense. call it trailer monster or anything but the deity Vishnu-- if only in consideration for Hindu godzilla fans. 

The creature, however, is quite real.  Whether or not he is in the movie is another question.  However, if this shadowy monster is the mood piece monster, and these images are real, than he very well might be in the movie!  How coolmwould that be?!

Actually those are not gills now mutozilla wasn't complaining but he wanted me to see if those "gills " were gills and sorry to say but there not :/ I study lizards and amphibians I know I haven't studied godzilla but those are over lapping scales I have seen them before and just because there on his neck doesn't make them gills my friends :) and gareth said he want make the movie realistic but im sure he ment in a kaiju perspective and in a human/emotional /real life kaiju attack perspective :)

Well actually if you think about it the bones in the trailer don't suit godzilla but are perfectly matched to that third creature....if I'm not mistaken his name is Talaghan

To be honest I dont think G figthing style will resemble a Komodo, it looks so awkward, the grizzly on the other hand look badass

@GODZILLA 2014 RULES I'm with you on that.  I can see 2 other arms shrouded by the smoke.  One is on the right side of the screen coming straight down. The other would be to the left, you see the part of its arm that curves down.  Also part of the body is in the background but again covered with smoke and debris.
