Maybe not the nuclear pulse but in pretty sure he might use the Red Spiral Ray

Dont expect it. I think they want to keep this a basic Godzilla, with just the essentials. And no, the atomic breath is not a part of that package. Think of this Godzilla as a modern day version of the 1954 Godzilla, which is like the template for making a Godzilla.

Well, more like a modern day Showa-Godzilla, with less camp.

I think you might have made a typo there. As I'm sure you know, both the 2014 and 1954 Godzillas have Atomic Breath. Did you mean that the Red Atomic Breath is not a part of that package?
