I think Keizer could womr because they could crossbread King Ghidorah and a different monster to make Keizer. ( I have more I'm just to lazy to write right now)

Personally I would hate for keizer to show up in the legendary universe. Pretty much any other Ghidorah would be better

Kaizer is one of the worst creations made by toho. I second that with gman2887, i sincerly hope kaizer never returns.

I third that Gman and BBB, why couldn't they use King Ghidorah, instead of some sauropod-Ghidorah thing? (Monster X was pretty cool though.)
