Godzilla using his Atomic Breath in the Movie

So, we are dead-sure Godzilla would possess the atomic breath in this movie. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately?) no trailer so far has yet to show Godzilla using his ultimate weapon. The question is, how many times would you expect or hope to see Godzilla using his atomic breath throughout the movie? 

Based on the trailers so far, and also Gareth Edward's way of directing his last flick 'Monsters' which was largely elusive until the end, I thought Godzilla would likely not be using his atomic breath at all throughout the movie, until the very last unexpected moment to obliberate the MUTOs? (in an effect to wow the audiences?)

Think about this, remember Ken Wantanabe had a short conversation at the field with the general, where the general asked " This Alpha predator of yours Doctor, do you really think it has a chance? " I thought that question sounded like the military appears to be belittling Godzilla, which perhaps could have stemmed from them having yet to experience Godzilla's ultimate weapon?
