Waxwork Records, responsible for releasing the entire Godzilla Showa Era on vinyl, will dipping their toes back into the kaiju genre again. Their Official Twitter recently teased Godzilla Singular Point heading to vinyl in North America!
Kan Sawada's sweeping score for the series has received a digital release in North America, but this is will be the first physical release.
"The Godzilla Singular Point soundtrack is an homage to my favorite Showa tokusatsu and fantasy films," said Sawada. "The Jet Jaguar theme at the factory, the mysterious song that solves the secret of the singularity, the song of cute Pelops 2, the theme of various monsters... We hope you enjoy the music that colors the story." Sawada's music also includes his arrangement of Akira Ifukube's famous Godzilla theme.
No release date yet. More details as they come.
