With the 70th Anniversary upon us, Godzilla is seeing more and more exposure over this month and the next. One aspect still going strong is the Godzilla vs. Evangelion crossover. The crossover has been a popular mix since 2016, inspiring merchandise, theme park rides, and pachinko slot machines.
The latest iteration of this combo sees the 2016 Godzilla, from Shin Godzilla, team up with EVA Unit 01 against Keizer Ghidorah, last seen in the 50th Anniversary film, Godzilla: Final Wars (2004). Check out a glimpse of the battle below:
