Recently, Marvel Comics revealed that they had acquired the rights to Ultraman. It didn't take long after the announcement for Marvel to unveil a new comic series titled The Rise of Ultraman. This past week, Marvel showcased a brand new alternate cover for the first issue of the comic by Olivier Coipel.
The new cover art features Ultraman heading into battle alongside his new teammate Spider-man. This epic crossover artwork is just one of nine total covers for The Rise of Ultraman #1. Note that this cover is just a "for fun" piece of alternate artwork and doesn't represent an actual team up within the comic.

Art Spirits has formally announced several new Godzilla: King of the Monsters figures. The new Super Gekizo King Ghidorah and Gekizo set all offer appealing figures at varying scales. The Super Gekizo King Ghidorah will release in November for approximately $356 and the Gekizo set of figures will release in October for approximately $15 per figure.

Last off for this past week was the official confirmation that Thomas Holkenborg (Junkie XL) will indeed be the composer for Godzilla vs. Kong. The news was announced by Holkenborg himself on his official social media pages. While we likely won't hear any of the score for the film anytime soon, we can't wait until the day comes when we can.
