Last year at the 69th Anniversary Godzilla Fest, the highly anticipated short, Fest Godzilla 4: Operation Jet Jaguar, left fans on a cliffhanger. At the end of the film King Ghidorah interrupted the battle forcing Godzilla and Jet Jaguar to join forces. After a year of waiting, we finally get a glimpse of what's to come. Fest Godzilla 5: All Monsters Showdown is directed by Kazuhiro Nakagawa. Nakagawa directed the last three Godzilla Festival shorts: Godzilla vs. Hedorah, Fest Godzilla 3: Gigan Attacks and Fest Godzilla 4: Operation Jet Jaguar. He was an assistant director on the Attack on Titan live action films, Shin Godzilla and Shin Ultraman. Additionally, he directed shorts for Godzilla theme park attractions including, Godzilla vs. Evangelion: The Real 4-D and the zip line attraction, Godzilla Interception Operation Awaji. He's also directed two episodes of Ultraman Z during the pandemic.
Fest Godzilla 5: All Monsters Showdown celebrates King Ghidorah's 60th anniversary using the suit from Godzilla, Mothra & King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All-Out Attack (2001). It will premiere on Godzilla Day, November 3rd, 2024 during a live stream of events celebrating the 70th Anniversary on the Godzilla Channel.

From Toho, Takashi Yamazaki is directing a sequel to Godzilla Minus One and is currently in development! The next film will act as a direct follow-up and will even include more Monsters! There is also the next season of Monarch: Legacy of Monsters on the way, as well as other spin-off Godzilla series in the works at Apple TV!
Furthermore, while not Godzilla related, Legendary have also teamed up with Amazon to produce a live-action Pacific Rim TV series, which is also currently in the works! So many Kaiju-sized projects in the works - check back often for new information on them all!
