Kurt Russell is making his return to Television by joining Legendary's Monsterverse TV series for Apple TV! According to Deadline, Kurt Russell and his son Wyatt Russell have both been cast in the live action Godzilla series which is currently filming in Vancouver, BC. Not only that, Deadline's report also features a plot synopsis for the show which we hadn't seen before:
Following the battle between Godzilla and the Titans that leveled San Francisco and the new reality that monsters are real, the untitled series will explore one family’s journey to uncover its buried secrets and a legacy linking them to the secret organization known as Monarch.
Character details for Kurt Russell and Wyatt Russell have yet to be revealed but we expect new details to drop soon!
Kurt and Wyatt Russell join Anna Sawai, Ren Watabe, Kiersey Clemons, Joe Tippett and Elisa Lasowski in the upcoming series.
