Will the first trailer for Godzilla vs. Kong debut at CinemaCon this March? It's certainly possible. Warner Brothers will be hosting a lengthy 1 hour, 45 minute panel at this year's 2020 CinemaCon on March 31st to bring attention to their film slate for the year - of which Godzilla vs. Kong is a tentpole.
Although the unveiling of the film's first trailer is pure speculation at this point, it's not far fetched to assume. Given the nature of this panel, we are confident something for Godzilla vs. Kong will be shown to attendees.

That being said, it's unlikely Warner Brothers will release whatever they show at CinemaCon to the public, online. As we learn more about Warner Brothers' presence at CinemaCon concerning Godzilla vs. Kong we'll be sure to keep you posted!
