Godzilla vs. Kong (2020) just hired a very competant VFX supervisor

It goes without saying that Godzilla vs. Kong, which releases in 2020, will require a heavy dose of visual effects and for a cinematic match-up as monumental as Godzilla vs. King Kong, fans have fairly high hopes that the film will live up to mounting expectations - plot wise and visually.

Thankfully, new reports claim Jake Fox, who previously worked on Christopher Robin and Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales will act as VFX supervisor for Godzilla vs. Kong.

Michael Dougherty's upcoming Godzilla: King of the Monsters and even Gareth Edwards' 2014 original seem to have far superior visual effects work when compared to Kong: Skull Island, so it's extremely comforting to know that Legendary and Warner Bros have hired a competant and well-known Visual Effects Supervisor to oversee Kong's next appearance in a Monsterverse installment when the film enters post-production next year.

Godzilla vs. Kong, which will film under the working title "APEX" begins shooting this October.
