Dan Stevens has landed a lead role in Adam Wingard's Godzilla vs. Kong sequel according to a fresh report by Deadline Hollywood! Stevens (known more recently for his role in 2017's Beauty and the Beast) previously collaborated with Wingard on the horror flick, The Guest.

Details of Stevens' character remain unknown as do most plot details for the Godzilla vs. Kong sequel - however previous reports suggest the film will focus more heavily on Kong's side of the story with a working title of Son of Kong floating around.
As new details arise for the next Legendary Monsterverse installment along with other casting information, we'll be sure to keep you posted!
