According to Gormaru Island and some other news sources, Godzilla 1964 has been confirmed for Godzilla VS!

This comes from the latest scan from Japan of the game, Godzilla 1964 and Battra will both be playable characters in Godzilla Vs story mode, also called Destruction Mode.
The model is taken off of the S.H. Monsterarts Godzilla 1964 dirt model which is also taken from the scene when the King Rises from the Ground seen in Godzilla vs Mothra, and is also the latest version of said character in S.H. Monsterarts and looks pretty nice if I do say so myself.

Battra's form is also taken off of the S.h. Monsterarts Battra figure. This is really awesome to finally have a game where Godzilla characters are finally being portrayed correctly!
The Battra model is of both his larvae form and his imago, Godzilla VS does a incredible job with both of these.
I got the heads up on this from native forum user ShazoTheHedgehog, Gman2887!
