Germany is one of the first to debut their limited edition collector's BluRay box sets for Godzilla (2014). The following is a pic of the box set which includes a 3D BluRay of Godzilla as well as a limited edition Godzilla figure. Currently the box set is on sale via Amazon.de but quantities are limited and it's likely to sell out quickly.
It's likely the US and Japan will soon reveal their own special collector's edition packs for Godzilla in the coming weeks, so be sure to keep an eye out for those! Currently there is no official release date for the US Godzilla BluRay / DvD release.
