X-Plus has revealed a new 30cm Series Mechagodzilla (1975) Space Beam Version figure. The new figure will feature a light-up gimmick for the eyes and for the hidden chest laser.
However, the most interesting aspect of the figure is its rainbow color mode. The eyes on the figure can illuminate and change color to replicate Mechagodzilla's appearance when he uses his Space Beam. You can view an example of the figure's rainbow gimmick here.
The figure is now available to pre-order from the Godzilla Store, Shounen RIC, and Premium Bandai. You can order your Mechagodzilla Space Beam figure for approximately $229 with a scheduled release date of December 2020.
