The first footage of Mechagodzilla from Godzilla vs. Kong has been discovered!

The new video comes from a newly released TV spot for the upcoming film. Shown during the footage is what appears to be the awakening of the new mechanized Titan.

Kinda wondering how they're going to justify making a robot Godzilla in this one. As it stands, Showa MechaGodzilla and Kiryu make the most sense. Heisei MechaGodzilla had no reason to look like Godzilla. I'm curious what the thought process behind this one is.

I don’t know, It doesn’t really feel like Mecha G to me.. I guess out of the biggest Toho Kaiju, in my opinion I’ve disliked MechaG.

Oh lordy I am excited from hell and back. I already have both the Mecha G toys and he looks so badass. I hope the SHmonster arts version will be revealed soon. The only question I have would be what is the power source, I doubt it's a big battery from what my friend said.
