Yeah Mothra is a cute kaiju and is female
wait wouldn't desghidorah just be...desghidorah? like that one ghidorah that was in rebirth of mothra? ig that'd be kinda interesting as a comeback for him, but wouldn't make a whole lotta sense (rebirth was a lot more fantasy based)
mothra herself lol
ok but for real, i do nOt know a lot about actors, so i couldn't tell you
Instead of ressurecting Ghidorah, I think that they should focus on a prequel origin story. KOTM established that he and Godzilla have been in conflict for thousands of years. A prequel movie or comic explaining how Ghidorah came to Earth would probably be a good way of bringing him back, without feeling forced. (Also, Hi I'm new!)
I would have liked to have seen Kong take more of a beating. Godzilla easily took more damage than Kong. Kong pounded on him and stabbed him in the leg with his axe. Then he was beaten badly by MG. MG really did nothing to Kong.

I'm sorry, but I couldn't help myself :P
Oh that's cool, I always liked Biollante. I keep using her or a variation of her in my fanfictions
Oh any actress/female character that is related to the overall Godzilla universe (Mothra, Rodan, Skull Island, Varan, etc)
It was a "disappointment" that prompted Toho to fall back on known monsters for future movies.
It must've aged well in Japan. Around 5 years ago it was voted #1 in another poll.
Man, nail on the head with Lora. Hated she was recast in Mothra III.
If we're talking the Godzilla series proper, Akiko Wakabayashi from King Kong vs. Godzilla and Ghidorah: The Three Headed Monster has my vote.
I like the one we got but I also like the THICC Mechagodzilla
Team Godzilla from start to finish but Kong really grew on me after watching this film
Yeah its not nice to insult people, no matter how much they piss you off
First Comment yay! But in all seriousness wasn't Godzilla vs Biollante a flop?
GodzillaRules67,
Feel free to attack the opinion or position. Refrain from insulting the person. Warning #1.
@GodzillaRules
Dont be rude. Just because someone has a different view on a movie than you doesn't make them an idiot or not a true G fan
Kamoebas your a complete idiot...Godzilla was Badazz in this movie and the fights with Kong were awesome. It showed how Kong is no match for Godzilla...heck he would have killed Kong in the first meeting and he basically left him for dead in the one will fall fight. If your a true G Fan most of his movies he was always the bad guy or the bad guy that saves the day which makes Godzilla such an awesome character
I love the Top One
The paint really sets the mood and the intentional MEssiness is amazing. It gives MechaG movement

I wish the kaiju war was explored more...

Okie Here are some references,
On the TV, the news anchor shares an uncanny resemblance To Kayako Ann Paterson from SHin Godzilla
There are scenes one with Biollante and one with Godzilla Jr's Egg, on the TV.
Maybe a reference to KOTm with a scene of a flaming winged Kaiju shot from a jet, and has the same color palette as the scene.
Letters in a code of some sort spelling out kaijus names one notable example is Anguirus
Image of Shokirus and possible reference to the main characters from the Japanese Son of Godzilla
People standing in Goji footprint, reference to 1998.
Kumonga
MOthra with clear SHobijin underneath, SPecifically the shobijin from tokyo sos.
MAnda and King CEsear
Kiryu and OG jet jaguar design
Hesei Goji Holding a train
THats what I found
I gained respect for Kong due to the determination of his character. As a Godzilla addict, I felt bad for how badly he got messed up at the end but to be fair, he gave it just as bad to Kong who probably just wanted to be left alone and not hunted down for something that happened before his time.
If episode 1 was a slow burn, introductory set-up for the characters and an Ultra Q-esque dynamic, episode 2 fired on all cylinders launching us into the mystery of the world introduced by a Rodan vs. Jet Jaguar battle.
I also really dig the opening credits. Focal point is absolutely on the characters, and they should be, but there's a looming, unshakable presence of Godzilla, who seems to be a bringer of the apocalypse in this iteration.
Definitely a lot going on to sink your teeth into. And Yun as an excellent lead protagonist.
Opening Credits (don't blink at 1:28)
Ending Credits (Good luck counting all of the Easter eggs in this one. I haven't even found them all.)
So cool! I would love to see both posters textless!
THAT IS AWESOME

I was unhappy that Kong didn't win...
Ngl, I kind of prefer 3rd image version of MechaGodzilla, it's preparations anyway.
I'm glad we got the design we got
He seems taller not sure by how much
Actually a thought I recently had. Due to Ghidorah's severed head being in the range of the Oxygen Destroyer in KotM, maybe the head would eventually mutate/regenerate into Destoroyah (DesGhidorah as an alternate title?)
I'm actually thinking of writing my own version of GvK which would expand on this concept to replace MechaGodzilla's storyline. I'm still working out the details, but you get the idea.
With Ghidorah's regenerative ability, it seems possible. As long as there's sufficient radiation and a least a single cell intact, I believe Ghidorah can regenerate and resurrect. Like Majin Buu from Dragon Ball Z
