It's cool, but it looks too pacific rim like. I don't like the eyes and all the little cracks, and the glowing mouth. I'm not a big fan of those "Godzilla, the destroyer of worlds!!!!" take on the character.
Why does everyone keep calling the potential opposing monster Muto?? Muto just appeared on a few viral videos, chill out!
Also, what the person above me posted is right. that 2nd figure has nothing to do with Godzilla.
As much of a soft spot as I have for Final Wars, it really is mess of a movie. I praise it for being a very different Godzilla film (probably the most different of the prior 30 years), but it didn't pull it off very well at all.
I'd like to consider it a satire of the series, but the benefits of calling it such do the movie, an series, less favors than fans wish.
Hmm, I wonder what significance a storm has to the plot. :O
I'll have to agree with Algerin7713 when I say that Godzilla: Final Wars was pretty weak. I like the designs of the monsters, and Monster X was pretty neat. However, the whole film focused waaay too much on the people and aliens.
The whole thing just fell short, and it was very rushed. Definitely not a good ending to the Japanese Godzilla franchise.
Which is the case for anything, especially movie related. The idea is support that opinion as best as possible.
I'll second guess and assume much of it has to do with my opinion on the Heisei series which you enjoy a lot. I do as well and am often one of the first to defend it amongst most of the fandom, but I can't exactly argue against its many weaknesses.

I disagree with so many parts of that post but seeing as most if it is opinion based I can't really argue why my opinion is better than yours since it's mostly about preference
That's not a Muto, it's Kerrigan from Starcraft. It even has breasts for Pete's sake, haha.
UPDATE: I just received word from Warner Bros. today, confirming that these are NOT photos of any official, licensed Godzilla products. These were made by a third party and are in no way linked to official merchandise production for the new Godzilla movie.

It's definitly not going to happen in the first movie. Although I would like to see a new MechaGodzilla, I doubt he will be put into the new franchise.

Technically there will be a baby Godzilla because when Godzilla was first born and mutated, he was a baby! So, even though we might not see him, there will be a baby Godzilla!
