I'm not sure if this has been noticed or not but I went to the Muto website and typed in Storm and received this in return:

I find the electromagnetic disruption part very interesting.

Wow, great find! I never thought to type in "storm". I think it is the American Godzilla. After all the American Godzilla has a built-in nuclear reactor to power the Atomic Breath (and who knows what else with this version). Godzilla could easily be causing the distribtion as he/she travels to San Francisco
