Yea a I like believe godzilla florshed during the precambrian era
Haha .....ya the size and strange appearance of the things would have taken millions of years...."LIFE FINDS A WAY"
it makes you wonder if......
to be fair this is a good speculation but i do agree it would have taken years for them to evolve or to quote a scientist
this was well known about a year or 2 ago, people just dont wana research. theyve had clips, it was legit, but quite weird
Interesting theory regarding trilogies being lazy mans paths, I must admit a lot of trilogies have proved to be crapola or pure money making milking machines, Im no fan of these btw but just take harry potter and twilight as examples, stretching material where its not needed, all this part 1 and 2 crap after a trilogy come on really !
I mentioned trilogy as I am certain that there is definately enough ideas/material for making three godzilla encounters as a minimum and yes im sure Legendary/Gareth would rather go for quality over quantity. I sure hope this smashes the box office and Mr Edwards gets the green light for future releases one thing we can be sure of already, that it's going to stomp on the 1998 movie no question after seeing the trailer footage already.
Aw Yes !
Correction: I had mis-formatted "Weta Workshop's" name in the article, it has now been updated with the correct format.
yeah, im not gonna lie, i cross searched the phone number, found where you live, what your name is etc easily. I could probably do more but im not that kind of person. I suggest mods or YOU edit out your phone and find a way to upload those pictures. this texting thing is extremely counter productive
I think you should learn how to upload pictures instead of putting your phone number up on the internet.
Wait is this a t shirt of a sweater ? Looks like a sweater, but i wouldnt mind which.
I also hope this is REAL
btw the face probably looks short because of the wrinkle in the shirt and or angle
Lol I might just buy this toy because of the detailing on it is great, the atomic breath that u gotta do for it is very silly
can someone please help how can i but the empire magazine its not out yet i cant seem to find it. how can i get it online jus that single issue with godzilla??
I would have to say Gigan because it is the most accurate out of all of them.
To Godzilla Himself, I dont think it affected the "Awakening". I had pre-ordered that too and it was not deleted.
this way is kind of counterproductive. what kind of phone do you have?
Bandai Creations does not have an Ebirah figure hahaha :)
Me...obviously.
I collect Godzilla figures, and personally believe that the Bandai Creation line is one of the worst. That being said, the figures aren't "that bad" and if you want to get them feel free, I have a lot myself. Out of the three you mentioned, The King Ghidora may be you're best bet. It is not really to scale with other figures, but that's fine. It's one of the few GMK sculpts for Ghidora, so if you find a cheap price, snag it for sure.
sweet hey guys keep sending in the texts and i will do my best to keep up with you all :)
@lopsquid
i would recommend all of them :)
Congrats, i just texted you
Hello i'm very happy for you and have a question i'm getting a new bandai creation witch would you reccomend
holy crap thank you instinctivegigan for sharing this i will definitly be looking for this bad boy and like others i will wear this to the movie as well :)
I'm hoping they don't stop at a sequel.
Trilogies have been done to death over recent years, and if they're going to continue then they either have to stop at one, or go all the way and make it a full series going above and beyond 6-8 movies total. It's Godzilla, afterall. There should be plenty of ideas and possibilities to go around to keep it going that long and then some. I love Toho, but some of their ideas in their Godzilla series were crap. Still they were able to turn them into an integral part of a classic series.
So yeah, Legendary either has to stop at one, or go all the way. No trilogies. That's a lazy man's path nowadays, and I know Legendary has more to offer than that.
so that was mtv before all the crap it did
I own a S.H Monsterarts Biollante, and I think was an amazing buy. I would get it.
^Which I think is how most movies should be. If a film is to have a sequel get creative people to write one that stands on its own as well. No need to rely on purposfully unresolved storythreads from a previous outing. That's too easy. And gimicky.
Not to mention if this movie doesn't get a sequel we won't be left hanging due to unresolved storyline. Everything will have been wrapped up without a fuss.
Gareth said in an interview that when making this they were thinking of a stand alone film.
So while it it possible for sequels, this film will apparently have a story that can be considered wrapped up without any sequels
I hope there is a trilogy. I would like to see him fight King Ghidorah and Spacegodzilla again. And Mothra. And Mechagodzilla (Kiryu to be more specific). And Destoroyah. And the rest of them.
I found another Godzilla t-shirt with an awesome pin on ebay
from the roadshow in mexico
Welcome to the forums.
More or less this has been discussed plenty, but it all comes down to how well the first film does at the boxoffice. It's quite simple: If this movie makes a great a deal of money, chances are we'll see a sequel, if it doesn't... well, I recommend you enjoy what we have.
Even Edwards has said, regarding a sequel, it all comes down to people liking this movie. I.E. the boxoffice. In the meantime I recommend cherishing and looking forward to everything this movie has to offer-- in case we don't see a sequel.
Here's hoping this is gonna be the first movie of three at the very least, a Godzilla trilogy ;-)
In Gareth we trust as they say !!
Godzilla vs King Ghidorah 1991. I love the random harp that plays as Godzilla rises from the ocean like he's a mermaid or something.
The fact that some people actually hang around these threads implies the same for them too. :)
One thing some people can be assured of, is when what I stated turns out to be spot-on, some people are gonna get castigated. I'll remember to ;)
That is awesome. If this is real I am definitely buying this.
Some people have far, far too much time on their hands.
Doggiezilla, they probably will.
@skullkid
NOOOOO!! not the dog! D,:
sweet! thanks for the info guys!
It's worth it if you love Biollante and you got an extra $200 bucks lying around. I personally wouldn't. I just don't like biolante all that much. I would prefer Destroyah if I gotta blow a wad of cash like that. However, like some have said, it MAY go up in value. But you may have to sit on it a little while.
