I understand if you are a big collector, I'd go for it then.
72 pages is what it said on amazon

yeah zbrush, im planning on "simplifying" him and putting it down to a lower polycount in the end, i started from low but right now it is extremely high, lets just say hes a bit too bumpy right now, going to simplify and straighten some points.
Deadite, I agree. Many of the small toys are cheap looking and are made to be played with. Actually, they are cheap. The prices are pretty good. I did, however, pre-order the large NECA figure sight unseen hopeing for something good. Of course, NECA seems more aimed at a collecter base, so I'm feeling pretty confident.
@GodzillaHimself
They're hintng that a dog will die in one of the scenes, hence why they said it would make people sad.

Check out the Articulation Demo.
I don't own any of the S.H monster arts figures, however economically that is a horrible deal. Maybe I just don't understand because I don't buy any of the figures, but $250 for a model that will just sit around is ridiculous. I guess if you're a big collector with some spare money floating around and you couldn't possibly think of anything more important you may need go for it, but it you don't fit that category I wouldn't even consider unless you can find it much cheaper.
It's expected to be out of print by the end of summer. Get at the $200 range while you can. After that expect the $500+ range.
Godzilla vs Biollante.
The buildup with him finally walking out of the exploding volcano was just too good. Second was probably him showing up to fight Titanosaurus in Terror of MechaGodzilla.
What program is this? ZBrush?
They should make Muto ones too.
I'm still waiting for that too come and hope soon. There figures are so detailed.
Well, according to me:
The Hokmuto, a creature that evolved in a similar fashion as the creature known as "Gojira", by means of a nuclear environment causing mutations and adaptations to said mutations to compensate, eventually resulting in immense size and durability not possible by normal evolution, exotic abilities only constituted by a nuclear internal body plan, and effectively unlimited longevity, thus making it, its species, and other species that evolved in such an era, living gods. All creatures with such an origin are colloquially known as Post-Evolutionary Ultra-Fauna, or PEUFs. There is a scale for such creatures, with four main levels:
Immortal Class - the creature is relatively small, at around 10-40 meters in height, and posses little to no exotic abilities, and is only slightly more durable than other normally evolved creatures of similar size, but often show up in enormous quantities
Deity Class - the creature is moderately sized, at around 40-80 meters in height, possessing high durability, an average set of exotic abilities, and is the most commonly described class of PEUF
God Class - the creature is very large, at around 90-160 meters in height, possesses extreme durability, and a greatly variable set of exotic abilities, offset by their lower appearance rate
Kaiju Class - the creature is unimaginably large, beyond 170 meters in height, is virtually indestructible, can bend the very laws of physics around it, and have only been recorded in a few case instances
Sugar, spice and everything nice! These were the ingredients chosen to make the perfict little hokmuto's! But professor untonim accidentally added an extra ingredient, CHEMICAL X
Well, in an alternate universe, Kaiju as we speak are destroying a city.
That wouldn't work out in my opinion and it is pretty pointless too.
The toys will probably be released next week. They have already started to go up on eBay and some Toys R Us stores already have them in stock. I don't know, but it will be very soon. The big giant Godzilla is the only one I am interested in getting. The other toys are too "kiddish" for me. In the end, that's who the toys were made for.
Nicely done. Jeez there are some really talented artists on these forums. I wish I could do stuff like that. I have never been good with 3D modelling and CGI etc..
From what I know, there hasn't been any information regarding a Godzilla 2014 X-Plus toy but it is very likely that they will release one.
I never would have thought that H.R. Giger's Alien would be a design insirartion for a Godzilla movie. I find that awesome.
Around 50-60 pages. 72 at the most. Unless it's a compaliations of several comic books put into one. Then it could have about 100-120.
Now I have a reason to buy cloths.
Awesome. But where are his teeth?
Impressive work done mister
I like tha last part showing his eyes with flames the most
Hey, guys, this is all supposed to be in good fun! Sure, it's extremely unlikely for any real-life Kaiju to exist, but that doesn't mean we can't speculate and form our own theories to try and justify it. For fun. Emphasis on "fun". I mean, just look at my own take for how they could exist in MY own universe! Is it crazy and ludicrous? Yes. Is it a Kaiju-sized amount of fun to do? DEFINITELY.
OK..that WAS badass
Holy crap! That is a heck of a design to put on a t-shirt.....looks good, it's rare that a character shirt like those of superheroes for example would get me impressed. Hoping it's legit
Godzilla head looked too shot, but it's still awesome!
Truthfully, I don't see a Godzilla vs. Gamera film ever happening. Toho would have to be pretty desperate to agree to that. And they're not.
I have a hard time watching these movies-- and lets be honest, they were made with young kids and particularly girls in mind.
Sure, there is a lot of good visuals, but for the most part, they just weren't all that great. I feel like the only one with a story that was remotely interesting was the second one, but as we know, thats the most unpopular one of them all (The weakest story being the third film, yet it had the coolest monsters).
Irony I guess.
How does this equate to Godzilla and Gamera fighting?
And if this new gamera is in the same style as the Hikkaider reboot, expect it to be tokusatsu, not American.
We also don't even know where things are going with this new Godzilla film. For all we know, we could get this one movie, then Toho yoink Godzilla back and start making their own stuff.
Lets not get excited over this just yet.
We had a really good opportunity for a Godzilla vs Gamera film in 2003-2004 and that boat sailed, I don't think it'll be coming back any time soon.
I'm gonna say Terror of MechaGodzilla as my all time favorite arrival.
But 84 had a nice arrival as well.
It's beautiful! :D ill definitly be getting that and wearin it when I watch the movie!
In addition to being the best film of the 1970s, Terror of MechaGodzilla boasts the most badass entrance perhaps in the whole series. I've racked my brain to think of something superior, but nothing topped how quick and vigilant that arrival was.
Runner-ups might be him bursting from the earth in Godzilla vs. Mothra and his return from the volcano in Godzilla vs. Biollante.
^I also think anyone crossing their fingers for a Godzilla/Gamera match-up need to take a deep breath and effectively uncross them with a certain perminance.
