Godzilla Wars: Aftermath- Chapter 21

     The fiery meltdown of radioactivity known as Burning Godzilla fires his Atomic Breath, red and more powerful, at Monster X, instantly destroying him. Destoroyah and SpaceGodzilla watch the body fly back a bit before crashing on the ground. Roaring a challenge to Burning Godzilla, Destoroyah charges.

     Destoroyah fires its Micro-Oxygen Beam at the King of the Monsters. Wincing in pain, Burning Godzilla realizes the beams don’t affect him as much anymore. Burning Godzilla fires his Atomic Breath at Destoroyah’s wings, heavily damaging them. Shrieking in pain, Destoroyah fires its Micro-Oxygen Beam before SpaceGodzilla telekinetically picks up Burning Godzilla.

     Grunting in frustration as he attempts to escape, Godzilla winces as large crystals are thrown at him. Eventually, Burning Godzilla is tossed to the ground. Then, SpaceGodzilla fires his Corona Beam before approaching the King of the Monsters. Before SpaceGodzilla can attack again, Burning Godzilla fires his Atomic Breath at SpaceGodzilla’s shoulder crystals, shattering them. Roaring in pain, SpaceGodzilla fires his Corona Beam as Destoroyah fires its Micro-Oxygen Beam.

     Burning Godzilla endures countless breath attacks, kicks, stomps, and small crystals being thrown at him. Eventually, he fires a few blasts of his Atomic Breath, forcing the two back a bit. Burning Godzilla gets up, and his eyes turn glow orange. The tips of his dorsal spines begin to melt as the flame-like rashes on his skin begin to brighten and grow. Roaring in agony, Godzilla watches the area around him burst into bright flames. The meltdown was finally happening.

     SpaceGodzilla and Destoroyah slowly approach Burning Godzilla. However, the King of the Monsters knows they can’t hurt him, even though SpaceGodzilla is slowly regenerating. Destoroyah fires its Micro-Oxygen Beam as SpaceGodzilla fires his Corona Beam. Burning Godzilla fires a short blast of his Atomic Breath at SpaceGodzilla’s crest, shattering it. Wincing in pain, SpaceGodzilla stops firing his Corona Beam as Destoroyah fires a more powerful blast of its Micro-Oxygen Beam.

     Eventually, both monsters stop fighting as the small fires begin to approach them. The flames on Burning Godzilla’s body begin to grow brighter. SpaceGodzilla and Destoroyah continue backing up as Destoroyah fires its Micro-Oxygen Beam. Eventually, SpaceGodzilla begins firing short, weak blasts of his Corona Beam. The beams do little damage to Burning Godzilla.

     Roaring in pain and agony, Godzilla watches as his home begins to erupt into flames. Fires destroy the forests on the island as lava begins to seep out of the mountain like sap out of a tree. The couple cliffs on the edge of the island begin to crumble. Destoroyah and SpaceGodzilla desperately attempt to fight back, but it’s no use. The island literally begins to tear apart as Burning Godzilla begins the final part of his meltdown.

     Destoroyah and SpaceGodzilla roar in pain as they literally erode from the sheer power of the meltdown. The dust and flakes of skin and horns and teeth blow away into the sea. The two monsters, along with the rest of the island and its inhabitants, are destroyed.
