World War G: Chapter 1

     Godzilla awakens with a sudden urge to evacuate Monster Island, followed by a sharp pain in his side. He slowly opens his eyes, and sees an armada of vehicles and Maser vehicles destroying his home! He lets out a roar of distress as missiles are shot in every direction. Rodan immediately flies out of his home in the island’s volcano as a pair of missiles hit it, letting lava flow out of the hole. Angirius and Baragon burrow into the ground for safety and begin to dig their way to the sea. Mothra, reaching the end of her life, decides to stay back and fight, fearing for her children’s safety. Battra flies off, following the group. The Kamacuras fly away as a few Maser jets shoot down Kumonga.

     The terrified group of monsters evacuate, followed by Titanosaurus. However, when the creatures get a couple hundred feet away from the island, they’re stopped by the Gotengo! Rodan flies at it, ready for battle. However, the ship launches a few missiles at the pterosaur, forcing it back a bit. However, Battra fires his Prism Beams at the ship, damaging it. Then, Rodan darts right into the ship. However, he’s immediately shocked and falls to the ocean. The monsters realize that they can’t touch the ship without being shocked. Battra fires a short burst of his Prism Beams before it uses its Electronic Particle cannons on the giant insect. The Kamacuras attack it before a few are taken down by missiles. The remaining couple flies off to find safety. Godzilla fires a powerful blast of his Atomic Breath, which goes right through the aerial battleship.

     As the ship sinks into the ocean, Godzilla grabs it. He rips the ship in half and throws the pieces into the ocean. Angirius begins to tear apart the remains, and the humans in the ship realize that the monsters will get revenge. As they leave, the group takes a final look at the crumbling, burning remains of their island home.
