CATZILLA is right. These are just predictions. There is as good of a chance of Orga joining the S.H. Monsterarts line as Monster X and Megaguirus.

But if/when he is confirmed I'll bring the punch and cake.

Orga really deserves an S.H. Monsterarts figure. He has such an interesting design, and I'd love to see that in a highly detailed figure. Plus Orga, Megaguirus, and Monster X have had very few figures made of them at all, and none released in the United States.
