Apparently there is another rare variant of neca 12 inch that is brown instead of the normal blue variant,

and i actually have the brown one.

The brown one is the first issued neca figures that had plain brown coloring throughout it's body, NECA later quietly re-issued new colored ones with blue and yellowish tint to it's belly to correct this issue. I have both versions, I prefer the blue one because it has much more color.
