Godzilla toy final?

The toy godzilla picture was released earlier. It doesnt look very detailed, like a six year old toy. Im confused. I pre-ordered it anyway, but is the look final? Oh and what is the differnce between the NECA 24 inch and the normal 24 inch?

Idk about the Neca thing but about the Godzilla toy Im pretty sure if its official because the spines are too short, in the trailer they were much longer.
