People Hating on the New Game

'Hate' is a strong work. 'Think it looks kinda stupid so far' is more accurate to the general feeling. I get that. The visuals, while more impressive than any previous Godzilla game, are still pretty dated by today's standards, and it's very unclear as to what exactly the point of the game is. From the trailer it looks like we're only attacking cities.

The trailer wasn't well made at all, either. The whole thing felt very amateur and fan-made to me, and I can't be the only one to feel that way.

Regardless, being a Godzilla fan I might actually buy a pre-owned PS3 and grab this game.

I absolutely think the game is a great idea, they're basically resurrecting a mix of Godzilla Generations and Godzilla Unleashed, whether it will have a story mode is unknown but I hope it doesnt have levels with certain objectives like Smash3. I still think it is a great idea to have a new Godzilla game with current technology. And for those who worry about PS3 and not PS4, there is a new PS3 and PS4 mode where you can convert your PS3 to PS4 games. It currently only works for 4 games but you simply add a redeem code on PSN for that game. Log in to PSN on PS4 click on PS3 to PS4 If you added the redeem correctly, it will say add to cart for $9.99, you just buy it and insert your PS3 disk, and start playing. I dont know if they will do this for all games bit it seems like a good way to make money think about it, 100 games multiplyed by 10, already 1000 bucks. And there are way more games that could be converted for more money.

Anyway I think they will make significant improvements throughout before it gets released, its only 40% complete, still got 60% percent to go. Plus about 5-6 months of daily work on the game

@DURATOK Couldn't have said it better myself. Except that I won't buy a PS3 for this game even if it turns out to be amazing.
