Most realistic scene in a Godzilla movie

For me my number one spot is near the beginning of Godzilla 2000 when the car is slowing down to where Godzilla is destroying an energy plant. There is also a scene in Destroyah where Godzilla first arrives at the airport and they overlapped real footage over the suitmation. Usually you see the edges and it's unconvincing but here it's perfect even though it doesn't make sense that the cars are just casually driving by as Godzilla arrives. Further more at the beginning of the film when people should be fleeing with Godzilla RIGHT BEHIND THEM they're casually walking but eh that's getting off topic. Another scene is Godzilla's first attack in the original film, aproaching the train with the people fleeing away from him, it almost looks like actual 1950s news footage. As far as non Godzilla goes there is that awesome scene in Gamera 2 when the military man is watching Gamera through his car window.
I think with the new film they're going to capitalize on that feeling. Even though cgi is generally easy to spot and takes you out of the realism that practical effects have I love that we see his point of view of the city and looking through the eyes of a halo jumper.
Anyways sound of and list some clips I haven't mentioned
