One of the many pre-planned spin-off Monsterverse TV series Legendary have planned with Apple TV has reportedly entered development recently! Initially scooped by Daniel Richtman a few days ago, he claimed one of these new spin-offs was now in active development. While we've known Apple was planning multiple Monsterverse spin-offs since April of last year, exact details on what these additional series would focus on remained a mystery... until now... potentially.

More recently, since Daniel's scoop, further rumors have begun to circulate suggesting the title for the next series (separate from Monarch: Legacy of Monsters) will be titled Cryptozoology and will supposedly look at expanding our understanding of Godzilla and Titan biology.
Interestingly enough, this lines up perfectly with a few set photos that leaked from Godzilla x Kong: Supernova , which revealed patches that closely reassembled the Rod of Asclepius, but with more of a Serpent Titan coiled throughout than the conventional insignia. The emphasis on research and understanding of Titans and their biology is a common theme throughout the Monsterverse and will undoubtedly continue in these new Monsterverse series.
Currently no official word on the title or release date have been announced yet. Season 2 of Monarch: Legacy of Monsters also waits to receive a release date as well, but we assume those announcements are coming sooner rather than later.
