I own and have watched all the Godzilla movies, but I don't think I've ever watched them in order either, (except for the newest ones). So maybe I'll try a few in order and see if that adds to the viewing experience.

For me, I have watched most G movies out of order. The only series I have seen in order so far is the current one with 2014, Kong Skull Island and KOTM. So I guess that would be my recommendation. After watching a marathon, I noticed the ones I enjoyed most were the TOHO ones if that is any help.
If I were to spend a day watching Godzilla movies it would absolutely be Monster Zero, Terror of MechaGodzilla and Godzilla, Mothra, King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All-Out Attack.
After that, if I'm not exhausted of watching movies by then, it would depend on my mood. Lately I've had an interest in revisiting Godzilla 2000. So maybe that.
Gmkgoji: That would be a yes. It's okay though, because I never got the chance to read this comic and Titanosaurus is hanging out on the cover with the big boys. I will be hunting this edition down.
Huh. And I thought Symphogear was a random crossover. At least Biollante is getting some appreciation I guess.
Gmkgoji: Speaking of which, I finished GX last week. A little strange with some of the character arcs, but still good. "Glorious Break" might be tied with S1's "Symphogear!" shout as my most hype moment of the series.
That's because Destroy All Monsters Melee was objectively better. :P

I really don't care one way or another if they do that. But if this movie doesn't have Godzilla setting Kong's beard on fire at some point, then I will be sorely disappointed.
Aw, no Unleashed? Oh well.
Also I think one reason why Godzilla: Monster of Monsters is getting more attention is because NES Godzilla Creepypasta lol. Just me, though.

Good. It would be a waste of money to advertise during the super bowl. People are more interested in funny beer and truck commercials.
Not happening guys. WB doesn't like showing trailers at the Super Bowl. They didn't show one for Godzilla '14 or King of the Monsters, which were much closer releases to the Super Bowl. There's no reason to think they will this time. And to add fuel to that fire:

The film comes out in nearly ten months, and KotM's marketing lasted about ten months as well (I believe), so a small teaser isn't that much of a stretch, but I doubt anything will get shown.
I think either Tyler Bates or Junkie XL would be my picks. Junkie can perform really epic action tracks that really ramp up the intense scenes they're attached to. Tyler Bates knows how to do some really good emotional tracks and themes. His action scores are also pretty well done too.
So THAT's why my shopping was so easy today! No lines and minimum traffic!
I can imagine all sorts of ideas but considering the movie doesn't have the mass appeal of other franchises and then considering the cost of advertisements, it seems doubtful.
As cool as that would be, I doubt it'll show. Cinema-con is just a little less than two months away so I'd expect a small tease there.
This is probably one of the most intimidating Destroyah statues I’ve ever seen. The way he looks so ridged adds a bit of horror to it.

Chris It actually wasn't even that that bugged me. It was the characters that really got under my skin the most, which is highly unusual for a movie. At least for me. I don't know what it was, exactly.
If they had called it ANYTHING else other than Godzilla, it would have made for a rather entertaining Kaiju film. The problem is they used the Godzilla moniker - which immediately set the film up on specific expectations with audiences and fans alike.
It would have made a much better Cloverfield entry, imo.
