I love the first attack on Tokyo from the first movie. I love the whole train attack especially in Gojira when you see the reactions of the people who survived. Scary, sad and awesome!

let me put it this way, godzilla is A GOD!! he does not die being that he is a direct product of natrue. nature always finds a way, and so should godzilla. no death.

Godzilla should NOT die at all!!! That was a major problem with the 1998 film. When they killed "Zilla" in that movie, it confused audiences. Were we suppose to root for Godzilla the whole time. Or were we meant to cheer for the humans and celebrate like they did in the movie. It was a major kick in the face when he was killed in the first US made Godzilla film. I like the cliffhanger opening, but I want something different. I think climax should be between Godzilla vs. the rumored monster. After the fight, Godzilla should just walk away like he did in G 2000. No military doing the impossible, no righteous monster saving the day, no baby Godzilla hatching somewhere else. Just have Godzilla go away but on a good note and have the lead characters come to accept him as nothing more but a creature that wants to live like the rest of us and remember that humanity is just as dangerous as Godzilla. I'd prefer they give Godzilla an anti-hero role like in some of the Heisei films. This gives audience a much better reason to root for him and accept what he does as a "force of a nature."

Yeah, I would like the ending to be subjective. It'll make you make your own assumptions. Make it seem like he's dead, but it's open enough that he could be alive.

I prefer the Ghido-Goji 1991 design myself. :) I saw in the first issue of the new IDW Godzilla comics they did use a nuke on him. Godzilla just got stronger from it. If you ask me, that is all a nuke will do to him is he will absorb the blast and get even stronger. Then he'd look similar to what was seen in Destroyah with glowing patches on his body. Godzilla is a living nuclear weapon that can't die unless by his own energy going into critical mass. Godzilla's nuclear breath is blue in color and has been for most of the films save for the latter Millennium series when it became red. Godzilla vs. Destroyah's ray was red because of Godzilla absorbing too much energy and causing him to boil over into meltdown.

Well in my opinion, I believe they will try to kill Godzilla by using a nuclear weapon or by using nuclear weapons.. I'm thinking the ending will be somewhat like this: Godzilla will be defeated by a nuclear weapon or nuclear weapons. But towards the end of the movie.. we won't actually see Godzilla die so it'll end the movie in a cliffhanger.. That way they leave Godzilla 2014 open to another Godzilla movie. I really hope Gareth does all of us Godzilla fans justice! 2 thing I really ask for is... Godzilla definitely needs to keep his radioactive heat blast and not 100% of his look but if Gareth can incorporate a little of the way he looked in Godzilla vs. Biollante que Well I'm sure Gareth has already chosen what Godzilla's going to look like!

I like the 1993 MechaGodzilla. IMO Pacific Rim kind of reminded me of that movie. :) Imagine that MechaGodzilla with the same technology used to build and pilot the Jaegers. :) MG is 120 meters tall. Godzilla himself being 100 meters ( 300 feet) tall.

He doesn't die,but people at times with their arrogance think he died. I've seen it in past films like Godzilla vs. Biollante when they thought infecting him with ani-nuclear energy bacteria would kill him, it didn't. He wakes up and scares the humans knowing he will never die. From the data I've read on him, Godzilla heals very rapidly. He gets injured and a second later he heals, depending on how badly wounded he is. Missile wounds heal instantly. Damage from larger weapons or other kaiju attacks take longer.

Too soon, they can kill him off in the sequels, but let him live in this one. If the movie is going to be a scary tone, it should end with Godzilla living, the message meaning "Godzilla is a force of nature that cannot be easily destroyed".

Personally, it doesn't really matter to me. If Godzilla does die, we all know he'll come back again, eventually.

This is why I think Hans Zimmer should score the film as he does a similar job in his film work. I like the Batman trilogy he scored. my game is called Godzilla: Kaiju Brawl. There are factions. You can get unlock ghidorah 2001 for earth faction. The final boss is Keizer ghidorah. Bonus stages are super x assults, gotengo battles, and city destruction stages. You can pick various skins for each kaiju. Also, bonus monsters included are zilla, king kong, cloverfield, and gorgo.The vortakk and the xillians have joined forces to conquer earth.

i think there should be a godzilla free roam game.where you could go anywhere godzilla went in the movies.and you could choose when to do your missions.and when you do missions unlock new godzillas or evolve threw godzilla movies.but also have good graphics and gameplay. also you should get to choose 3rd or first person.nothing should be in it that wasn't in a godzilla movie.also there should be a free roam multiplayer like gta choosing to face or leave alone your opponents.choosing any monster of course.

There are so many - where do you even start? Some of my favorites: from Godzilla vs. Megalon - Jet Jaguar is getting double-teamed and Godzilla comes to the rescue and cleans house; from Godzilla GMK - the moment when the soldiers decide to attack and Godzilla uses his atomic ray to wipe out the military including tanks and ships - you even see soldier's bodies flying; from Godzilla vs. MechaGodzilla II - Godzilla revives with some help Rodan and destroys MechaGodzilla.

If you're talking about monster on monster attacks, one of my favorites would have to be from King Kong vs. Godzilla when Kong comes charging at Godzilla and Big G kicks him back down a hill. It's basically the equivalent of wrestling's boot to the face.

I have to say that my least favorite Godzilla monster is a tie between Titanosaurus and Kumonga.

I have played Destroy all Monsters and Godzilla Unleashed, and I have to say that Unleashed is pretty cool, but once you've unlocked all the monsters and everything it gets boring. Plus the cpu is annoying, they don't put up a good enough fight. The only monster in Unleashed who is difficult to defeat is Megaguirus.. and that's only when he's not spending the entire fight blocking and dodging your attacks. Godzilla Destroy all Monsters: Melee has much better gameplay, MUCH more difficult fights, and was just way more intense. Plus, in Godzilla Unleashed, the monsters never atttemp to do any throws on you and the game is ALWAYS running slowy. Godzilla Destroy all Monsters: Melee all the way

my idea name godzilla ultimate kaiju maps to make a long story short there is going to be 20 maps which are important city's around the world with dlc maps like atlantis and the moon. online 8 players dlc they will contain a pack with 2 maps and a monster pack, there will be an ultraman pack with ultraman monsters, a gamera pack, king kong pack, and a pack containing monsters from other movies genre free roamer starter monsters godzilla, mothra, rodan, anguiris, king ghidrah, and mecha godzilla. you can get all the other monsters including zilla when you unlock them. other there will be a create a kaiju mode the more monsters you unlock the more monster parts you can put on your kaiju.

Just think if he was as big as Kronos.........

It's got to be the destruction of Tokyo from the original Godzilla film from 1954. The sheer terror from the monster really shows that nothing can stop Godzilla from an inevitable fate.

Probably, I won't like Godzilla and the other Giant Monsters get hidden from the advertisements, but I want the Marketing and Advertising to be just as BIG as that, since that's what made many people watch the movie. I was happy when I read the part where they were brought on board not just for marketing on Legendary’s Pacific Rim but for Godzilla. Many assume that they are going to do some sort of display at San Diego Comic-Con 2013, a very unlikely display is a Monster-sized display of Godzilla's design. Have many floors in the building so people can see from different positions how big he is and how detailed he looks. Who knows, so many ideas!

they will probobly do the same thing tri star did with all the advertisements on buses showing how big his foot is or something. they will probobly air the commercial in the theatre's when pacific rim comes out because people will be in the kaiju mood.

Oodaka and condra...the giant squid in king kong vs godzilla and the giant condor in godzilla vs the sea monster..that fight gave me motion sickness.

In my opinion, My favorite Godzilla move would have to be Godzilla vs MechaGodzilla (1974). Not only is there alot of action, great music, great storyline, with some silly things to laugh at in between, this was the movie that established how Toho could make Godzilla a enemy and hero at the same time, by making a good godzill aand a evil one :P

I think we can all agree that not only was Gabarah terrible, but the movie that he's in is as horrid as the villain portrayed in it. The only redeeming quality of that movie was Godzilla, and even he was treated like some kind of kid on the playground. A Godzilla fan watches the old movies to see Godzilla kick the asses of all of the monsters that people have come up with, not to watch a kid in preschool daydream! That being said, my second least favorite monster has got to be Minya, just because of those pointless scenes in Godzilla: Final Wars where he leads the guy and his son to where Godzilla is. Then, for some reason, the big ugly fucker grows out of nowhere and swims off into the sunset with Godzilla! You'd think that the maker of that movie would've seen for at least a second how unrelated that side-plot was to the movie as a whole.

I'm gonna go with Godzilla's Death from Godzilla vs Destroyah. The effects were really well done, the music set the perfect tone, and the fact that only music was playing added to the sadness of the scene. And it goes down as the only moment in Godzilla history to make me cry.
