and one more thing.. Gareth looks like a little school boy standing next to Akira. He must be stoked standing next to a Godzilla movie veteran. I know I would be.

Akira should be the leader of the japanese military.. who assists the american military in fending off the other kaiju in this movie.. if there are any.. and he should be the hero/commander who defeats at least one of them. then again he could play a nuclear scientist.. or a palientologist. A leading role for sure. there ought to be a lot of nods towards the original.

I would love for Mr. Takarada to make a cameo showing him seeing Godzilla and shaking his head and saying, "not him again! everytime I try and relax he comes back to ruin it!!" Great picture though! Kenji Sahara involved??
