IMO... this is clearly a nod TOHO and JJ Abrams... to me it looks like an updated version of Gigan... with just a touch Cloverfield monster. It has the hand of man's creepy scientific genetic engineering written all over it.

Okay, guys, this was my original closed topic, so for those of you who haven't seen it or wanted to reply, here it is:

To be clear, I didn't write this to be sarcastic or to deliberately argue with anyone. I wrote this because I saw the argument about the Deluxe Destruction Pack Muto. And well, I'm certain I can put this topic to rest.

I believed at first that the Muto in that set was indeed the winged one. However, once I recalled some things I had read about this set, I realized I was wrong, and I have proof to back it up.

There are two Destruction Packs, in case anyone didn't know, and the leaked photos are of the Deluxe one. Plain and simple, scroll down on this link and read what this set includes:

If that isn't proof enough, read this link for the NON-DELUXE Destruction Pack:

Same description, just different Mutos. 

To prove that the Destruction Pack we saw in the photos was the DELUXE Destruction Pack, read what it contains. It lists a bridge that breaks apart. Whereupon the regular Destruction Pack containing the Winged Muto, does not, confirming that the set with the Eight-legged Muto is indeed the one we saw in the photos.

If you recall (or simply read it again), the article is definitely describing the non-deluxe pack, as it contains less things and doesn't mention the bridge. Plus, the description for the Muto is completely different than the one we saw in the photos- it has only two legs and the head is somewhere between a moth/fly in appearance. Plus, Thorsten calls it Mothra. Does this sound like the Muto we saw? No, and the Muto we saw has more than two legs. This article says that the Muto being described is the Winged one, confirming, once again, that the monster in the photos we saw was in fact the Eight-legged Muto.

In reality, nope, not happening. BUT the only real extent it could be is a parody of it. JJ abrams tried to make a Monster for the US to the same effect of Godzilla, well obviously it really wasnt anything like Godzilla, it was just this baby walking around. maybe its to poke fun at the failures we tried to imitate to be like godzilla. but again even thats a stretch. also this picture:

It's fine. At least we are informing people about it. I didn't even know it had a name. I looked up the name and saw it was a troll name and was shocked. But that's how the internet works

cmon i literally put a comment about the name talaghan above, its a fake name made by trolls, and vishnu is not it. this is why we get such shit reputation from other forums, just being honest because i visit the other forums

Yeah I had a talk with a guy in this comic book store I go to last Thursday and he said that this Godzilla movie "Isn't one you want to take kids to" lol

I am gonna be honest: this movie will be terrifying. The scene where we see Godzilla's maw open up, as the bunker doors close. And that's only 3 seconds of the movie! :O

I'm excited to be scared, actually! I have never been scared of a Godzilla movie before, and I can't wait!

Dood Talaghan was fake name. That monster might be the movie, but that's not its name

The trailers have definently been giving off a creepy vibe. I feel it is going to be a perfect balance of fear and classic toho style monster fights.

Guys remember the bandai upcoming figures with Godzilla and the muto also that 3rd monster, that's talaghan also the 2012 teaser that dead creature that's talaghan

That's the vibe I was wanting to feel, a real threat and danger, it was kind of like the first time i watched the dark knight, the joker was very real

I would absolutely love to try out Godzilla online play. Unleashed did a good job with the kaiju, I think the ones that would need to be added are Gabara and hedorah. Also classic gigan needs to be playable instead of solely final wars gigan. Obviously Mutos would be added, and it would also be cool to see Bagan as a playable character. 

......Didnt even know there were any hate coments for the muto design...-_- but this is just getting rediculous man....

It be awesome if the new monster villian is a new version of Gigan that controls the other Mutos.

i didnt actually see the movie until i was 13, i didnt cry though, but it is a really powerful scene plus junior deid? and the telapath was crying and said that Godzilla was crying too? it was just a super sad moment in godzilla history,

i can say that i wouldve cried if i were younger... and i do feel your pain my fellow G-fans

P.S. @Junkerde, i did cry at the end of 1998 T-T, But that was before i knew who THE Godzilla was
