A giant anteater!!!

Made by me few months ago... ^^
Purely awesome we'll done man, well done :)
I don't really like it. It's just the music doesn't really fit it....
Can I buy one none the less?
I didn't think it was 100% official because Legendary/WB didnt promote it directly but still pretty damn good, could easily be official.
Not real. But still a beautiful poster. I told the guy who made it to send me one. hopefully he will :D.
...was not expecting this... nice poster though.:)
Oh thank you very much.
I'm really excited that Gareth said in the Facebook Q&A that there will be some music that is in the same vain as Akira Ifukube's music.
best fan-made trailer ever
WOOOAAAH HELL! This Amazing man, really!
Best fan-trailer for Godzilla 2014. Trust me.
Wow, this really very good drawing!
definitely do that! and have fun!
That's why I said it would be easier to get Sculptris.
I actually have a strange gift to end up being able to use the free lesser program and get the same capabilities eventually as the paid program.
knowing there is a free program my animations should be coming along now. Thank you and I may start posting my own thread of them.
It started as a child. Born in 1981, I was in Texas when I first watched Godzilla 1985, I cried at the end, asked my mom why Godzilla died while she cleaned the back patio with a look of bewilderment. For years after, I would come home after school, promptly, back pack equipped go to my moms room, knock on the door as she prepared for work so she could rewind Godzilla. This went on for 3 years untill I moved to Thailand. I didnt like any of the others, save the original which complimented 1985 quite well.
I can see from the passion of everyone involved that they put more effort than usual into doing this creature justice, and I am willing to bet, after the precedants set by monster movies of late, that they wil do a great job.
Can't wait to see it. BTW. 350ft? Gents, I honestly doubt that will come close. Lets wait and see if I am right...
I also feel if one truly wishes to learn to sculpt on these programs, starting with presculpted mesh is counter intuative. starting from a blob of clay is best to really learn both the skill set of sculpting and to get better aquainted with the programs interface.
my models? not likely. Not because I'm greedy or unwilling to share, but I don't think my base meshes are appropriate to give out. They probably will prove more problematic than helpful.
That is so awesome for a fan trailer. I really hope even thought, it's most likely they will not have the original Godzilla March Theme that the new theme in the movie will pay homage to it.
Great job on that! Can't wait to see it all finished up.
Will do. That seems a lot more simple than asking if you were ever going to set them for download them.
You should try Sculptris. It's free. And it's pretty great. Google it.
NEWS: Toho is in talks with another distributor about releasing Son of Godzilla and Godzilla vs. MechaGodzilla on Bluray. No word on who this distributor is since the deal hasn't been made. Once we know it should give us an idea to how those two will be treated on Bluray. More info as it comes.
Info from Keith Aiken.

For the most part it wasn't the boxoffice that killed GINO in 1998, it was critical and fan reaction. Fans hated it, Sony knows this. Critics hated it just as much, Sony knows this. Making a sequel would've been asking for a much bigger disaster.
For the new one to be a success, two things need to happen, objetively and subjectively: Most movies need to make double their budget to break even. So if Godzilla cost $160 million, it needs $320 million world wide to make it's money back. To be considered a hit, it probably needs to make somewhere between $400-$500 million world wide. The other thing is, and Gareth has said this himself a few times, people need to like it.
As for Guyver, I agree completely. I'm not a fan of the first film, but Guyver: Dark Hero is a low-budget, sci-fi gem heavily inspired by the toku style. I love that movie quite a bit and always wished for a third one. I'd be more interested in seeing someone else take the helm of Guyver for a change, but I'm of the opinion another live action adaptation needs to happen soon. Guyver: Dark Hero was badass though.
I'm sadly one of the people who can't afford such a program at the moment, ironically Im also the kind of person who loves to animate and has no godzilla models to work off of... Great work man. They look amazing
the coloring looks great
I still need to save up the money to commish you for something.

Maybe we are weird?
Who cares?
I'm along with the CONCEPT that Godzilla is something that only a certain special few can understand, a decent lot can like, and the general population to be confused by.
Either way, I'm with Harlan Ellison's mindset-- He really tears into fans who have guilty feelings about liking the crazy stuff they like. I love to hear him tell his fans they aren't idiots for enjoying fantasy and science fiction.
all those t-shirts look awesome!
Very well done sketches, I love the definition you put in them. The proportion on the people are great, you have great potential!

Will do then. (I made my portrait here a long time ago... Haha)
My girlfriend is so happy I'm a nerd, because I'd scare away all the other ladies and she wouldn't have to worry about one swooping down to steal me
And yea I would like to see your art too, I like looking through all the amazing fan work here
That is fantastic! Your did a great job on the shading! I havent gotten around to posting my G art but if anyone's interested, keep an eye on me... "Lewshizz"

Not to be the dragon nerd I am... But WB designed wrong as did Bethesda. Their dragons are indeed fire wyvern. Wyvern have their front talons on their wing which they use to walk, instead of two extra legs.
so instead of four legs and two wings. A wyvern uses two legs and two wings that they use as legs.
and a drake is an immature (around teen-mid aged) dragon.

This is fan-made but it's amazing eitherway.
The movie takes place in Japan, Hawaii, and San Francisco. Toho made it a contractual requirement for 1/3 of the movie to take place in Japan.
