No. That's why I'm trying to get them. :( I've seen a lot of them, though.
did you check for any classic monster, like king kong, cloverfield or any other iconic monster (including the universal monsters) becuase gareth edwards did that that icoinic monsters like the alien and other iconic monters.
Do you already have any of them?
@Gman
If only it were that easy. Trust me, if I had the money to buy them right this istant, I would do it. However, my parents can't buy them and I'm REALLY LOW on the money I've earned. (Like I said before, I own a lizard and he drains me of a lot of it). As soon as I make a little more, I am planning on getting at least one for now.
i want one......
Big G is the man..Monster. People were quiet about being batman fans and comic book fans and look what Nolan did with the dark knight trilogy. Not just comic book followers were going to watch it everryone was. I feel that this Godzilla movie is going to have that same outcome.
Hence why i said inspiration for the new MUTO. Same characteristics.
Moved to Godzilla Fan Works section.
It looks nothing like Battra...
But yes, they'll definitely be releasing Muto figures. Just most everything of significant detail is being kept hush-hush about the creatures until the film's debut I believe.
Sideshow collectibles is revealing their Godzilla line in May I believe. Those will probably be must-own considering the level of detail they put into their figures, especially the sixth-scale line. Have a look at sideshowtoy.com. Though I'd expect this thread to be closed because it should be in thr merchandising thread.
It's been over again and again and again. It's just the water from the splash of the first jet crashing. It's not one of the monsters.
I personally think that Final Wars is the best behind the original simply because it's what we've always wanted and that's ridiculousness it cut out all the bad plots that plagued the previous films like Spacegodzilla and Revenge and it included an awesome Gigan which is leaps and bounds more awesome then the original.
But in my opinon Revenge is the worst it's the only one I don't love which is disappointing because Gabara is a cool monster and we haven't seen him since.
@Something Real
Thanks again! XD
And right you are. I'm pretty sure that that will be the best part of it. As much as I love Godzilla and am so excited about seeing him on the big screen, being there with everyone is just going to make it so much better. :)
And once again, thanks for everything. You're very nice. :)
Amazing. Can't wait until it is finished.
I love these new figures and I'm really excited to see when they actually reveal the final version of the 24" neca Godzilla! Although I'm not so happy with the eyes of the 12" figure. They look a little too big and I think it just adds a slight goofy look to the figure overall. But based on the larger one's sculpt, I think they'll probably give that one more attention and detail. I love this photoshopped one though!
The second one is very interesting. With that thing jumping in the background. It's not a plane cause it goes up and down, and it dosent look like a plane. It's not godzilla, very strange almost looks like a big frog is jumping in the mist? :-|
I think their just jets crashing in the water
Of course not people are what we are, there nothing to be embarrased about.
I was born in the UK in 1996. My first experience of Godzilla? Destroy all Monsters.
I agree, it's the highest rated cable TV drama right now, so it would b perfect for getting access to eyeballs...
Might be because it's the end of March, that it would be considered too soon; the movie's still a month and a half away.
u used to be as a kid, but thats becuase godzilla was both not so popular in the uk and was not known very well by the kids born in the 90's. yeah anyone born in the early to mid 90'w or were little kids in the 90's in the uk mostly know only of godzilla 1998
It would be perfect to get the word out. A lot of people watch that show so why not?
Dude, nerds have all the freedom in the world to like anything they want. Jocks and popular kids stress out over trying to be popular so much, that they leave everything from their childhood behind. If you don't care then life will be more fun. I'm a nerd and I embrace t at school. It made me popular, and I've never been made fun for Godzilla.
You should never be embarrased for what you like! I love Godzilla too, and I have done many projects about him for school too. Sure there are the jerks who make fun of everyone for liking a certain thing, but don't let them get to you. One of my friends is a brony and another loves cars as much as I love Godzilla, but we never feel embarrased. I'm thinking of bring Godzilla VS Biollante for the bus on the Washington D.C trip with my class.
Not at all! You should never be ashamed of your interests and who you are. What you like makes YOU happy, and that's all that matters.
Ideas for a new Godzilla game? Why, that is a good question.
Firstly, let me say that my idea would only really work well on PC, however, a mediocre port could possibly be made for consoles.
Secondly, the game itself would deviat from the standard Godzilla game in a simple way; You do not play as any classic monsters in multiplayer. Rather, you get the opportunity to create your own kaiju. For campaign you will play as several classic kaiju, ranging from Godzilla himself, to maybe even Varan or Zilla Jr.
You are given the following options for customization: species (Godzillasaurus, Space Godzillasaurus, Precambrian Crustean, Irradiated Iguana, etc.), colors (obviously: skin, eyes, underbelly, etc.), mutations (they resemble classic kaiju mutations, but have key differences), abilities (classic kaiju abilities, but only a limit of 4) and name (of course).
Example: Irradiated Iguana, colors, random mutations, Green Radiation Beam; Burrowing; Agile Swimming; Leaping, Zilla II
The game's story is where it gets interesting. Shortly after the events of Zilla: The Seires, a series of calamities strike the West Coast of the United Kingdom, Southeast Africa, West United States and several Pacific Islands near Japan.
It is eventually found that there is a force driving the world's kaiju from their homes. Even Godzilla himself has been driven from his watery domain by the unseen force.
That is all I have thus far, but please, feel free to expand upon it.
P.S. I am a new member here, but I have read the forums extensively. Could someone direct me to a place where I could familiarize myself with this site's rules? I am still lost, really.
I cant believe that some people are this talented. Good job
I agree with Duratok we should all be proud of being Godzilla fans. I mean we are a little few in numbers but in general we would be catergorized as nerds but nerds rule this age!!
i'm thinking it's the centipede creature
the skeleton is serpentine in appearence
Wow that gave me chills. Nice job I can't wait to see it finished!!
1) this image IS Photoshopped, and it's taken from a thread on these forums from earlier this week
2) the tail is segmented and will be posable
Powerful! Can't wait to see it finished! :)
I wonder if that the tail is posable like the S.H monsterarts.
Nice. For some reason, I was expecting to see King Kong or something in there with 98 Zilla, saying "Have a snickers." After that, 98 Zilla takes it and turns into one of the many other Godzillas. That's what I was expecting to see though. These are funny too.
It may only be 5% for now but it's already looking good
At a guess... I'd say that Snickers deal.
