You said to call you crazy. But in all seriousness Crazy, it's a plane. I think. I was looking for signs of monsters during the trailers.

Well obviously. With the high definition sound quality and surround sound systems, Godzilla will be roaring triumphantly numerous times, declaring once more that he is the King of the Monsters. I just hope they have the classic Godzilla roar from the Showa/Heisei/Millennium series at one point in the movie. Like in the end before the credits as like a little nod to the fans.

Looks A LOT better than those awful toys that have been released.

What's with this dude and Rodan? Rodan in this film would be moronic. I get that the #RodanConfirmed joke is kind of your thing, but off with it.  The only other thing that dives like the object in the TV Spot is the MUTO when it dives into the water. It could easily be a different angle. But to post a picture of the official trailer screenshot and immediately write me off is beyond wrong, especially of a moderator. They're two completely different shots and two totally completely different shaped objects.

They both appear to have two dorsal fins to me in both trailers. 

Besides, you're getting too hung up on dorsal fins. Are you even looking at the rest of the object? 

All I can say is watch it at .25x speed on Youtube. After that, if you REALLY don't think that's a plane...then God(zilla) have mercy on your soul. 

If you're just trolling....fine I guess...you got bites....but I would think you would find something more impressive to troll about, especially with it being April Fool's Day n' all.

Do you see how there are two protrusions coming out from opposite sides of the object? No plane has such small and curved protrusions like that. Plus, the obvious plane from the official trailer has one protrusion being the plane's "dorsal" fin. Please, show me the dorsal fin on the "plane" from the TV Spot screenshot.

I thought you were talking about the scene @ 23 seconds in, which IS a Muto, and that these other guys just didn't understand what you were talking about....

That thing @ 19 seconds is DEFINITELY a plane. I really don't see how you could think that was anything else other than a plane. 

If you knew the first thing about aviation, you would know there are no planes with tail-ends like that.

It's clearly still a plane. just falling at a different angle.

Cool! Just one observation, it seems that Godzilla walk slightly crouched. Although this is just the video, we must remember that in the trailer, Godzilla had its tail over the floor.

I can hypothesize that Godzilla will walk more or less like a large theropod, but he will be also able to stand upright, just like a bear.

This Muto looks like a larvae which could evolve into the flying Muto. Mothra or Battra?

Is there a way I can post a side-by-side or a screenshot of the official trailer and the TV spot? They're so obviously two different shots/ objects falling it's not even funny.

Really nice job. You're a moderator yet you use footage from the official trailer as evidence and not the TV spot. They're different. Put them side by side.

I almost pass out when Godzilla came out..The CGI looks A-MAZING! It's so believable that i thought it as a guy in a suit..Stunning and Spectacular job Gareth Edwards! im sure 100% this movie will be awesome..

I think I know what you did wrong. You were trying to upload the image from your computer, and that is why it is not showing up. There is a way that you can fix that. First, upload the photo to your profile or another social media profile that you have. Then, open up just the image in a separate tab or window. Copy the URL, and then, insert the image.

You can not upload pictures from your computer. You have to upload it to a host site like photobucket.com, postimage.org or flickr.com. Once it's been uploaded you can link us the picture from there.

All of that is basically what I'm banking on happening. Although I'm not calling the film overrated right now, I think it's pretty good guess on my part.

It'll be interesting to see how people critique, compare and contrast. It's a fine line, but I think there's a way of going about it that's fair to both the new movie, the previous 28 films and even GINO.

All of that said, you're spot on. A great movie can be overrated. My list of "overrated" Godzilla movies contains films that are actually pretty damn good-- Mothra vs. Godzilla and GMK in particular. That doesn't mean the fanbase doesn't exaggerate their merits just a touch. I'm sure I'm guilty of that as well.

I hope so! They're killing it already with putting it at the end of every trailer they release!

Gigan

I see comments all the time Gigan is one of the most powerful Godzilla enemies because he beat up Godzilla in Godzilla vs Gigan.

Really did they even see the moive or just the fight scenes on youtube?

I am guessing the fights on youtube because they are forgetting that. Godzilla was walking like he was drunk before and during Gigans beating. Because of wait for it a tape was being played. And when that tape machine was not on / after it had been destory Godzilla would walk normally and compeltly overpowered Gigan. So guessing it was some kind of mind interference thing. Like some lights/sound affect humans forget what it is called. 

Most overrated moive. Oh gee hard one.I can't think of one that i feel is the most overrated. Yes i could go on and on about each moives plotholes, scenes that don't add up, etc but overall overratted idk. Maybe Final wars? But i have not seen one comment that said they liked the movie overall. No plot. Huh DBZ Sayin/power rangers coplaying humans/mutants that was (while a few good fight scenes) took down the crab monster. And that one almost going super sayin and giving Godzilla his power? What? Some random bad*** guy with a sword that can beat the aliens that huh got hot with a human in the past that made the DBZ Sayin/power rangers people? Sorry works in manga not a moive that just popped up out of now where.
