Really nice job. You're a moderator yet you use footage from the official trailer as evidence and not the TV spot. They're different. Put them side by side.

Is there a way I can post a side-by-side or a screenshot of the official trailer and the TV spot? They're so obviously two different shots/ objects falling it's not even funny.

It's clearly still a plane. just falling at a different angle. 

If you knew the first thing about aviation, you would know there are no planes with tail-ends like that.

I thought you were talking about the scene @ 23 seconds in, which IS a Muto, and that these other guys just didn't understand what you were talking about....

That thing @ 19 seconds is DEFINITELY a plane. I really don't see how you could think that was anything else other than a plane. 

Do you see how there are two protrusions coming out from opposite sides of the object? No plane has such small and curved protrusions like that. Plus, the obvious plane from the official trailer has one protrusion being the plane's "dorsal" fin. Please, show me the dorsal fin on the "plane" from the TV Spot screenshot.

They both appear to have two dorsal fins to me in both trailers. 

Besides, you're getting too hung up on dorsal fins. Are you even looking at the rest of the object? 

All I can say is watch it at .25x speed on Youtube. After that, if you REALLY don't think that's a plane...then God(zilla) have mercy on your soul. 

If you're just trolling....fine I guess...you got bites....but I would think you would find something more impressive to troll about, especially with it being April Fool's Day n' all. 

What's with this dude and Rodan? Rodan in this film would be moronic. I get that the #RodanConfirmed joke is kind of your thing, but off with it.  The only other thing that dives like the object in the TV Spot is the MUTO when it dives into the water. It could easily be a different angle. But to post a picture of the official trailer screenshot and immediately write me off is beyond wrong, especially of a moderator. They're two completely different shots and two totally completely different shaped objects.

I'm sure that it's just a plane at weird angle.

You said to call you crazy. But in all seriousness Crazy, it's a plane. I think. I was looking for signs of monsters during the trailers.

The plane in the official trailer has a triangular shaped body, one dorsal fin protruding vertically at the tail-end.

The object in the TV Spot has a oval shaped body pointed at both ends and has two protrusions where a normal plane's wings would be.

I decided to take a look at a picture of an actual jet.

The main wings on the jet look like they're not there. I decided to take a closer look and I could see something that implied the wings of a jet.

It's possible that the reason why the small wings look bent is because of the angle. Or the metal may have been shifted up from an attack by the MUTO. The dorsal fin at the top looks small because of the angle. 

tired of the rodan joke? now you know how i feel when we keep getting cloned threads about this same scene with "muto" somehow in the sky LOL! it's debris. i allow speculation, but not purposefully bad ones

Ok .. YOU ARE CRAZY!! , dude it is just an airplane that made a little turn while falling.

If YOU knew anything about aviation, you'd know many military aircraft have dual tail fins such as the F-15, F-18, and F-22 Raptor for example. I'm half blind and can see that's a plane. 

If someone sees it and thinks its a Giant Chicken Wing Bone being tossed out into the sea by Godzilla while he's having a tender-lickin' Chickee meal, then its a Chicken Wing Bone. If you think its a Muto, then its a Muto. Different people see different things. 

What I know is almost everyone else sees a plane there. Period.

1. it's a plane, if you watch the tv spot in high def you would see

2. don't be biting people's head just becuase you are wrong by a long shot

BETTA - You obviously did not watch the trailer at all if you think it's a Muto. Just watch the trailer again, and the only thing you'll see is a plane spiraling down and out of control. The picture you have provided was the plane caught at an awkward angle right before it goes into the water, but it is in fact a plane.

I don't want to sound mean, but it seems to be a growing trend online with things like this so I'll tell you one time BETTA: Use this llittle thing called common sense and pay attention to detail and things like this will never confuse you again.
