I think he will be smart enough to be able stage ambushes and use, as you said earlier, use objects to hit monsters and other things. I think he also be able to figure out weaknesses, like for example, the Heisei series, that Biollante was vulnerable to fire and Godzilla might be able to use that to his advantage.

In my opinion, Godzilla should be pretty intelligent. In most of the films he shows basic problem solving capabilities. Even Zilla shows it. As for brain size, alot of it would be dedicated to motortory and instintive skills. Its an intresting point you put foward, DURP004. I never thought about it like that.

In all honesty, I find it incredibly atracctive that a woman cares for the big G as much as I do. I hope to one day find a lady such as you to raise ypung Kaiju with. But to awnser the question in a way, Gareth Edwards did say the creatures will have personalities, so the lends to the having at least some base level of cognitve thought. But never purley good or evil, beyond at least GMK"Posesed Goji". I think there will be a honest character to Gojira. 

                        But thats just my opinion.

I expect him to have pretty much the same level of intelligence that's displayed in the heisei and millenium series. So pretty much basic cognitive thought. Maybe able to figure out some basic problems, but judging by the size, and what appears to be extremely tough hide I doubt he'd need much problem solving abilities as he'll simply run through everything we throw at him.

I would have to say G-Fans. That's what we have always cooled ourselves.

I've always been curious about how the Heisei Godzilla and Gamera series would have turned out had Shusuke Kaneko directed Godzilla and Mothra: The Battle for Earth instead of Takeo Okawara. No doubt it would've been a far superior movie, but think of the ramifications.

Would Shusuke Kaneko have been asked back to direct the following Heisei Godzilla movies? What would vs. MechaGodzilla II, vs. SpaceGodzilla and vs. Destroyah been like? Who would've made the Gamera trilogy? Would he have still directed episodes of Ultraman Max? Or would he have done earlier Ultraman shows? Would he have found a way to get Higuchi on board with Godzilla? Or would he have used Kawikata? Someone else? Would Higuchi have made it as big as he has today? How would it have affected the Millennium series?

Kaneko's involvment in the Heisei series would've changed the course of the entire modern daikaiju genre.

I disagree with some previous comments about the use of other Toho Monsters. I think in order for this series to have sequels and spawn a franchise they need to dig into the past 60 years of Godzilla lore. Anyways, on to what this thread is about. My ideas.

First Sequel:

Destroy All Monsters - Kind of like the Dark Knight, omit Godzilla from the title.

King Ghidorah, The Three Headed Monster - Use the title of the classic film that introduced KG, in order to bring him into this series.

Godzilla Returns - Very simple, and classic title as well.

Second Sequel:

King Of The Monsters - A great title to end a trilogy, IMO.

Godzilla, Age Of Monsters - Sounds powerful, and epic.

Toho gets the rights to King Kong for the heisei series like they wanted and we see the greatest Godzilla movie ever to be made.

As for my post, it is a speculated alternate timeline, so, anything really is truly possible, you see. In the end, it's a depressing little thought that could have been. For all we know, in an alternate timeline/universe/dimension, ToHo could have loved Godzilla '98.

I dont really think if godzilla 1998 was so good they would change it to zilla,thats becuase they felt he took the god out of godzilla, I dont think theyd chang it all , also imagine that if that were so toho could have like it so much they either modeled the millenium series after him or just helped roland emmirch even more

3. Regardless of how any member has been percieved to have acted in the past, provoking them to react badly is as bad as the reaction you are trying incite. Is civil conversation and debate really that hard a rule to follow?
