Which version of Godzilla represents the King of Monsters the best?

If I had to introduce someone to Godzilla who's never seen any of the films before, I would pick one from this era to turn them into a fan. The 90s era Godzilla films gave Godzilla this superhero status in a way - not so humanized that the essence of the monster was lost, but humanized enough that one could still feel a sense of connection to the character. I also loved the designs from this time period. Unlike other versions where you might feel scared of Godzilla, others where you feel sad for Godzilla, or confused about what Godzilla is or what he's doing - this era put Goji on a pedestal, like an 80s action movie star. Big, Bad but not necessarily evil.
I think all around the Heisei era Goji represents the Godzilla icon the best. Do you agree?
