I really wish we could get the two series where there is the actual Japanese versions and not the English overlay or credits and especially the not the infamous dubtitles, espically in the heisei films where some of the lines are changed. I always have felt Sony put not effort whatsoever in their so called “upgrade” blu rays releases. Does anybody in the fandom have idea when there will be a proper release of the two series, maybe not by criterion, but any company which is not Sony, something like arrow video, media blasters, or even kino labor?

Unfortunately, it may be some time before someone else handles the Heisei/Millennium films. As of 2013 these were the years that Sony lost the rights to their films. I'm uncertain if they renewed Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah and Godzilla vs. Mothra, but it's very possible. If the rest of these movies lapse by 2023-2025, then someone else may pick them up, but it's no guarantee:
