MemberRodanNovember 02, 2019Simple question. For me, I don't like Ebirah, horror of the deep. The Shrimp is fine, it's the plot, the characters, and everything else I don't like. Mothra just seems, well, kinda there, and Godzilla does shit he's not supposed to do. (Well, this WAS going to be a kong movie)
Zwei Wing is the best singing duo. Change my mind.
Just kidding!
I gave it 5 stars on my review!
MY LEAST FAVORITE IS...
Godzilla Vs. Destoroyah (Its the worst movie Toho could make)
"I hope,one day,i will go to the U.S.A..."

Burning Godzilla is the weakest Godzilla,Destoroyah can be easily defeated.
The plot does not make sense for me!
Say what you want,i won't change my mind.

The obvious is obvious, but "Godzilla's revenge". Well, the half that isn't just reused footage at least. The reused footage is also bad, but that's more a problem with the movie the footage originally came from and not necessarily "Godzilla's revenge".
Long live the king...
Godzilla vs Hedorah. A gang of probably some of the most forgettable characters possible on top of a godzilla movie that shoves its message so far up your throat that if you happened to forget it you'd likely remember by the 5th time they play that awful song about the sun.
But still,Godzilla Vs. Destoroyah is the worst movie in my opinion.

Hm............
I haven't seen ALL the movies so I don't think I can pick out one...HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
Shin Godzilla. When Godzilla is on screen, it's ok. But to me he's only in the movie for about 10% of the entire movie. There was absolutely no emotion when it came to the characters. I get what the film was trying to do, But it failed horribly. His first forms were just stupid and silly looking. But I'll say this, this movie is a blast to just rant about. Example: the scene where we get to see Godzilla's 4th form for the first time. At first, absolutely nothing is happening. But then a random guy just bursts through the door saying that Godzilla has appeared, then immediately cuts to Godzilla with his tiny little baby arms. No build up, just showing this "Godzilla" with his theme playing. That always makes me laugh. Godzilla has no personality. This movie is like The Room to me, except instead of it being so bad it's good, it's so bad it's awful. So yeah, Shin Godzilla is my least favorite Godzilla movie of all time.
Aw Shin Godzilla is one of my favorites ;w;
I still have no idea which one is my least favorite....
Godzilla vs. Megaguirus. Somehow I cannot seem to watch the film through one viewing without pausing and taking breaks from it multiple times.
Revenge Of Godzilla. The reused footage was the BEST HALF of the film. The plot was... UGH. A kid having a dream of a talking stupid looking baby Godzilla getting bullied by a weird looking ogre. And then the kid wakes up and beats up his bullies. Seriously, MINILLA WHAT THE FU-
If people weren't lazy, we wouldn't try to be efficient. If we weren't efficient, we'd never get anything done.
I just realized that a lot of people dislike some of my favorite Godzilla movies though... XD

Godzilla vs. SpaceGodzilla, by far: Useless subplots and introduced story lines that go nowhere, add nothing or simply give the characters busy work that don't effect the end result in any way, shape or form. Akira Emoto is completely wasted on a revenge story that ends with the most baffling resolution for no reason. The effects are some of the worst in the Heisei series despite having one of the largest budgets for a Japanese film at the time. And Kashiwabara, anxious to find some sort of relevance in the story, makes up some asinine space pollution theme that doesn't even exist in the real world. And why was Miki in this movie again?
Godzilla x Megaguirus, Godzilla: Final Wars, Godzilla vs. MechaGodzilla II, Godzilla vs. Megalon and Godzilla: King of the Monsters aren't far behind.
Shin Godzilla is the Japanese Godzilla 2014...
TOO MUCH HUMANS!
"I hope,one day,i will go to the U.S.A..."

Well, I guess the human parts in Shin is for conveying the message they were going for.
Still, there are lots of human parts. I still like Shin tho oof ;-;
well Godzilla 2014 did give us more kaiju action than Shin Godzilla, so it wasn't too much humans just not enough Godzilla since the MUTOs were the staring Villans
Godzilla is on screen in Godzilla '14 for an estimated 10:00, which is 8.3% of the film.
Godzilla is on screen in Shin Godzilla for an estimated 17:30, which is 15% of the film.
Both MUTOs share an estimated 8:30 of screen time. (I'm being generous. I may have added anywhere from 30 seconds to a minute on that.)
4:20 of the MUTOs (rounded up) is shared with Godzilla. Meaning there is a rounded 14:10 minutes of overall kaiju action in Godzilla '14 which amounts to roughly 11.6% of the film.
